we are long time customers of mos in all locations, especially towson. tonight we were there and we were kind of disappointed. love the new setting… great open feeling, food was overall good, good bar, friendly hostess. BUT, tables are too small, basement seating leaves a lot to be desired… at least put a TV down there also. waitress was not really good. we had to ask her for salt, pepper, napkins, and bread three times before she brought it. we gave the table next to us crab mallets because their waitress was also slow. dont think any of them liked having a basement table. food from the menu itself was good, crabs were reasonably priced, drinks were good. the cream of crab was no where near as good as it used to be… tasted like flour, not enough crab or seasoning and sherry. we used to LOVE the cream of crab soup. it wasnt hot enough and you need to offer it in a bowl OR a cup. pricing is still good, but it really needs some work. maybe you can have a manager/hostess come and check to see how the meal is going. we really miss some of the old waitresses from the exchange. definitely needs some work and TLC. we had to ask if there were any specials and there were none on this saturday night. please add the salad as a choice of a side dish!

We went to Mo’s to celebrate my mother’s birthday, as she had been to their former location and loved it. Well, what a disappointment! First, instead of a fine dining atmosphere, it was more like a sports bar. The high, open ceilings and bar made the place so loud that we couldn’t hear the people at the other end of our 6 top table. The waitress was interesting. She didn’t like it when we asked questions and when food came out wrong and we said something she blamed the kitchen and began to argue with us. The food was awful! I ordered the grilled rockfish and could taste that it had been cooked on the same grill where they cooked my grandmother’s steak(or shoe leather, which ever you’d like to call it) because it tasted more like beef than fish. My caesar salad was so overdressed that it was in edible. The only saving grace was the waitress who brought out the birthday cake. She was very nice and helpful. Overall a terrible experience and we won’t be going back. I don’t recommend going!
