I walked in on a Sunday to get a polish change on my toes and I had an awful experience. The girl rushed through my polish change and sat me at the dryers. I paid and then she ran out the door to leave. I waited a few minutes and looked at my polish. It was everywhere! All over my skin! I asked 3 other employees to just clean up the polish that was on my skin. I was ignored. The man working said it wasn’t his problem! I told them if they won’t fix it, I just want my money back so I could go elsewhere. Still ignored. Then I threatened to call the cops! Well that got their attention. One of the women cleaned up the polish and I left. What a nightmare of a nail salon!

I came for a fill and the guy that did my nails put on loads of polish. I don’t know why he did that. But the shop was closing and two of the employees were sort of rushing us out. I knew I had to stay under the dryer for a while because of the amount of polish this guy put on. So the lady came over and swiped her finger and messed up the polish. Yep I made her do it over and made those two wait until I was completely dry. Will not come back

Many new faces, some rude. I was rushed and now there are new charges for parts of the pedicure that were free. $ 5 for the callus remover. Came far to be with what I thought was familiar and friendly. Today was my last visit. Time to move on.

I planned on getting a premium pedicure, basic manicure and my eyebrows waxed, but only got a basic pedicure. The positives: Clean Updated Prices are average Longer then usual leg and foot massage on each leg Relaxing music playing, no blasting tv’s. Other FYI things: Bring cash for tip. No tip line on credit card receipt. The guy waiting on me very was nice but I could sense that he was in a hurry. He didn’t ask if I wanted an upgrade or any other services.(which I planned on getting.) Maybe it was his lunchtime. I know I could have ask but I did not feel comfortable.

Bill is amazing HOWEVER:My sister had a nail appointment today at 2pm. Jenny did her acrylics and did a very bad job. Her nails where uneven & she did not clean her cuticles or put any lotion. Absolutely horrid service. Jenny & management should be ashamed. When we asked Jenny to fix her nails she refused and raised her voice at us. She told my sister«you can put lotion on yourself» in front of everyone. How incredibly rude! I am a regular customer and am HIGHLY disappointed! The manager did nothing to fix the situation. It seriously makes me never want to go back there I will remember to ONLY go to Bill and never risk going to/referring ANYONE else

So this is my second time being here my first was a few years ago and I wasn’t impressed but since I have moved to this area I really haven’t found a nail salon that actually gives a manicure! So I looked at the reviews and they were good for here so I figured to give it a try again! Bad idea. First off I paid 25.00 for a pedicure. And I don’t even wanna call it that she didn’t get dead skin off my toes just my heels a little bit. And God forbid she act silly filed them or buffed them. The only decent part of the whole trip was the massage … So I basically paid 25 for someone to paint my toes… Then we go to a polish change. At other places they will atleast file your nails. Nope not here. Just paint literally! And also paint a little extra on the skin! And when you ask her to clean it up she gets an attitude and rolls out to the back n never comes out! I can’t believe I just paid 40.00 for someone to do a horrible paint job on my hands n toes! Never again! Waste of money.

I’ve been a client of this location for over three years and I am more than satisfied with the product and service. Tommy is my tech and he makes every experience solely about me. I recommend spending a Sunday afternoon at this salon, you won’t regret it.

I went here on a humble because I just needed a pick me up. Went in to have my nails done. I ended up having my nails, toes and eyes done. It was very relaxing. Although it was busy I have to say things were moving right along. This shop is not very big but, it’s workers are pleasant. I will return

Never again!!! I wasted 75 dollars for a mani/pedi and it took years, the guy made my nails big and billy and one nail was slanted, I have oval shaped nails, I went elsewhere and got them done perfect and better service

After a bad experience at my usual salon, I went in search of a new salon, one that wouldn’t leave me maimed and bleeding. I found Nail Trix(lol) nestled into a small strip of stores in the otherwise behemoth Putty Hill shopping center. It is in the back, behind DSW and TJ Maxx. Near the liquor store. I got a pedicure, and they did a good job. The interior is nicer than most nail salons, with pressed tin ceilings and a partition between the manicure and pedicure areas. They had pleasant instrumental music playing, and TVs on mute. I went on a Monday at around 10:30, so it wasn’t crowded, although there were more people there than one would expect for that time(furloughed gov’t workers, perhaps?). And they all seemed to be regulars, which is always a good sign. The nail technician was super nice, and did a good long massage on each leg, which is the best part of the pedicure. The prices were reasonable– cheaper than the last place I went. The base pedicure was $ 25 them there were several more luxurious options for a bit more. One downside was that there was kind of a weird smell– not the usual chemical smell, but some other stale odor. Not enough to ruin the visit, but they should check that– maybe some mildew or something? Also the polish color selection was not as broad as I would have liked. Nice folks, good work, good prices. I will definitely be back.

Save your money! Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. They rush you, get polish all over your skin, nails look completely uneven and sloppy, jump around to multiple customers at once, etc. My sister even had her nails«fixed» and they still managed to look just as horrible. I’m not one to complain or write reviews on businesses but I felt compelled to, so maybe I could save someone from wasting their money. Nail Trix could care less if you are a happy customer or if your nails look good… or even decent for that matter. I wanted to tell them I was not paying for their crappy manicure but I was so disgusted at the service I just wanted to get out of there. What a waste of money and time spent waiting. Shame on you, Nail Trix.
