Speedy service good coffee prices are Starbucks lol. Wish this space had a little more work space because the ambience is really nice and it’s never too crowded at this location.

Staff at nights is overworked and thus unable to keep up with the demand at this very busy starbucks. Pay 4 – 5 bucks for a coffee and the least they can do is fill your cup. The window staff is rude and entitled, supposedly she’s «the only one on board» and really doesn’t mind that there are 10 cars in line. Not much better inside. Pervs using the internet take all the seats, with ten-plus people standing in line. Creepy place, creepy. watered-down drinks, creepy employees at night anyway. Overpriced coffee, crafted carelessly and served with a snarl.

Personally, I enjoy this Starbucks. It’s an outlier in regard to the vibe of the staff and the patrons(i.e. non-pretentious.) Rarely do it have to wait for my beverage and it is always crafted with love and accompanied with a smile.

The staff here is always friendly, helpful, and attentive. I haven’t been here in several months, but upon my latest visit I found the usual suspects behind the counter. Not only friendly and attentive with me, but social with the regulars and very happy! As with many customer service experiences, I feel a lot of it is what you bring to the business.

I love Starbucks. Love. But the staff that works at this particular Starbucks is, quite frankly, weird — — and unattentive. This isn’t a bad area of town but it isn’t necessarily pleasant, and places like Starbucks should be somewhat of a safe-haven from the culture around it. Everyone that works here(at least in my past 5 or so trips) has been miserable, not polite, and they don’t speak to one another behind the counter(which isn’t my problem but the vibe is really negative). They need to mandate some type of attitude adjustment for the staff that works here, because –sorry– but you can tell that the attitude they use in the streets and at home/away from starbucks is extremely apparent while they are at work here. And please, mandate some type of rule that says you can’t come to work with 2 – 3 inch gaiges in your ear lobes… It’s weird to see someone touch their gaping ear hole and then make you a latte.

Not really a big fan of Starbucks but I must say the service at this one was good. They were helpful, friendly, and just over all seemed to want to provide good service. Made my usually hatred of Starbucks change. Went in order a vanilla latte and a donut so not any thing to complicated, is it was an light experience which is most folks thing with Starbucks. Go in order your drink get your stuff and leave or sit and chill, so next time i think i will take in more of the atmosphere.
