Visiting from out of town and found this place to have really poor customer service and unfriendly employees. The«sandwich artists» were difficult to understand and seemed more interested in making their own lunch instead of mine. I’m a frequent Subway user and somehow my card with hundreds of points all of sudden had a zero balance here. Although relatively clean, the terrible customer service ruined the experience. Find another Subway close by if you can.

Terrible terrible people. Some employees are well enough but others barely speak or understand English and they are disrespectful to certain types customers. Never going back.

NOTOPEN24HOURS. This location loves to advertise that they are open 24 hours, 7 days a week, but that is not true. Unless you are the same descent as the employees, you are not welcome in this location at all hours. Generally, they lock the doors & shut off the«Open 24 Hours» light once the bar traffic has left, and won’t reopen until 5:30AM or later. There is always somebody in the location, and often times, there are customers too, but if you knock on the door, they all just look at you. No explanation of the closure, and no info on a reopen time, just a blank ignorant stare. I work for a gov’t agency in the area and have often tried to get something here on my early morning lunch breaks. Even when they are open, the service is poor at best. Very slow, and not very pleasant to speak with. They put very few toppings on your sandwich, and the only decent communication provided is your total amount due. As far as food in central Towson goes, this location should be your last resort.
