The store is messy, dirty and has strange smell. Not many flavors are available. Staffs look tired and bored.

I LOVE sweet frog, but this one was a bit more run down and messy. The workers seemed bored. We notified them that 1 of the yogurts were runny and she never went to check on it. There was also 3 yogurt spots that were empty. I would not go back!

awful… the two employees sat on their phones behind the counter without looking up at us the entire time. Not in any kind of uniform either. One was wearing pajama pants… when one of us went to approach them to let them know chocolate and vanilla weren’t working they said«its probably just frozen» and didn’t make much effort to help… when we went to pay the girl in PJs threw her phone on the counter and basically grunted about having to get up to help us… and they have two different tip jars yeeeeah right. Frozen yogurt was basically ice milk and tasted unnaturally tangy. if I ran this place I would be horribly embarrassed about the lack of any kind of service… they’re probably closing down soon and throwing in the towel

I expected better when I came here. The guy working behind the counter didn’t greet me so I had to greet him first and he was on his phone the whole time. I get he probably doesn’t wanna be there but at least smile. The yogurt selection was very limited and the flavors I tried were not that good and had a weird texture. The toppings were pretty good at least, probably the best part. I for sure won’t be coming back here.

This location isn’t very busy most days and I decided to check it out. The employee was wearing pajama pants and a hoodie and was sitting at one of the tables with a woman who was laying across a table sleeping. He did greet me, to his credit, but I found this location to be filthy. There was visible trash around the trash can at the entrance, syrup dripping down the can itself, and the floors were dirty. The yogurt dispensers were completely disgusting. The drip catches were full, presumably from the night before(they had only been open an hour when I stopped by). I dispensed one flavor and tried to dispense another adjacent to that and was sprayed with liquid yogurt. I threw the small amount I was able to get into the trash and walked out. The employee did apologize for me being sprayed after I let him know what had happened. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. I have had good experiences with the Route 40 location in Catonsville. You’d be better off trekking to that one instead.

The yogurt tasted a little sour the day I was there like maybe the recipe was off or the machines hadn’t been clean in a while. It is the only frozen yogurt place in the area so I might try it again but probably not.

Have been here multiple times, had a great experience each time! Just recently met a young boy named Chris who worked there, great kid and very helpful with describing the yogurts. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for good froyo.

Had a Groupon or whatever for this store. Had to have been the worst«yogurt» we’ve ever had. Had more of the consistency of ice milk. Decided not to go back and let the coupon expire. Wasn’t impressed with the rest of the shop either.

Went in yesterday for some fro-yo to find that they only had 4 flavors. The staff is wonderful and when they’re fully stocked it’s great! I was just extremely disappointed that they only had 2 machines working on a Sunday afternoon.

Unclean and unattended to would best describe this sad little place. Assuming you can find a place to park, you’ll be greeted with sticky floors and dirty table tops. When we stopped in, only 5 varieties of yogurt were available. The toppings were likewise scarce, with only one fruit — blueberries — on offer. Frozen yogurt places are plentiful around here. I doubt that this franchise will be able to compete with the Tutti Frutti and Yogoyo right down the street. Both are clean and offer plentiful varieties of both yogurt and toppings.

This place is just ok. It’s fine if you need your yogurt fix, but nothing worth seeking out. They probably have machines for 12 – 14 flavors, but typically have about 8. My gripe is that the last time or two, my yogurt wasn’t cold enough and came out too soft. Decent number and variety of toppings from fruit to candy bars to cereal and gummi worms. I think they charge too much for what you get, but Towson area froyo places seem to be tripping over themselves to overcharge for it. On the plus side, the place seems really clean, and the people working there have always been friendly enough. While I don’t love the parking situation, I’ve never had a problem finding a nearby spot.

Best fro yo anywhere is at Sweet Frog on Allegheny Avenue in Towson. Love the lowfat salted caramel. Oh and the mango sorbet! Very very clean. Bright and cheerful. Parking is usually easy. Nice friendly owner and staff. Sweet Frog is at the top of the frozen yogurt game.

Kind of pricey here. When I came it was really hot and smelled like chlorine for some odd reason. The girl who rung me up was more concerned about sending her text message then attending to me

This is a standard self service frozen yogurt shop. They had more flavors than many places(8 when I was there including some interesting ones like raspberry-pomegranate and caramel) and you can sample if you ask. The toppings are pretty standard though sadly without the fresh fruit some places have which is the only topping I bother with. It looked to be a father and daughter working the place and they were polite and efficient if not actively friendly. The floor and counters were spotless. The space is bright with plentiful seating. It seemed a little cheaper than Tutti Frutti for instance. A-OK.

Sweetfrog is an affordable, fast, and potentially healthy dessert option for everyone who likes cold treats. I’ve been to this location a handful of times and here are my thoughts. What I Like: — Plenty of flavors, typically 8 – 10! I’ve never seen them run out of any flavors either. — Toppings galore, which is the standard for these types of joints. — Plenty of seating. The place gets packed, but there is indoor and outdoor seating aplenty. — Cleanliness. The place is always in decent shape. What I Don’t Like: — Parking, like every place in this part of Towson, is difficult and can sometimes cost you a dollar depending on the time of day. — Just yogurt. I know, but… They get 4 stars because they do it well, the place is safe and clean, and the price is good. For 5 stars they would have to branch out and sell a greater variety of desserts(cakes, maybe coffee, etc.) and develop a frequent buyers club to reward their better customers.

We are always taught to say something nice… well the location is durable. The yogurt selections are weird not your basics. The toppings are plentiful for the eyes to see. What it lack is friendly customer service. I’m not the reason you applied to work in this position. Yes, it my first time here and I need time to see the items. There are times when you want quick out the door service this was not one I wanted. No I can pass on this location.

Came here due to a livingsocial. First time we tried, the tart machine was down for maintenance so, we just left. We only like the tart. The next time the tart was up. Although my husband liked the sting tart flavor I thought it was a bit wierd. It was too strong and sour. I also tried the mango which tasted very fake and overpowered. The place was cute like other sweet frogs, but nothing special.

This location is relatively new, there used to be a Quiznos here. The location is very good if you live in the Towson area, easy to walk to. It’s very much like all frozen yogurt shops these days, Towson has at least one other nearby. It’s help yourself, pay by weight and an additional toppings at a help yourself toppings bar with an array of goodies. There are about six or so stations of frozen yogurt each with two Selections ranging from sweet and decadent flavors to more tart and palate refreshing flavors. Most yogurt shops I will go for the original tart favor and get fruit«roe“‘ as I like to call it on top. Looks like fish roe pearls but tastes of passion fruit or other fruit flavors. I noticed at this location the tart original was sugar free which was disappointing. A small serving cup is large in my eyes was enough to satisfy me. I ended up going for something new and going more sweet and decadent and chose the peanut butter yogurt. I was not disappointed it really had that strong peanut flavor. I went and added crushed peanut butter cups on top to bring out my love of peanut butter even more. The topping itself was plentiful and not just tiny specks you sprinkle on there were whole crushed cups. After all was said and done the girls running the place were very nice to customers. There were seats to sit at although it was a small shop, it was very clean and had bright attractive colors. You can also sit outside if it’s warm enough. A small one topping peanut butter is a little under 4.50 not bad in price and it will fill you up, I’m sure of it. The shop is open til 9:30pm s it’s great for an out on the town dessert on the weekends Or a hot summer night.

I was intrigued by this cute little fro-yo shop since they have been popping up around town. There are many kinds of soft serve yogurt you can choose from and then a bar full of toppings. There were some young children in front of us and they seemed to enjoy more toppings than yogurt. We tried vanilla, chocolate, pistachio, mango, watermelon, coconut and cake batter. Some were regular fro-yo and some were non-fat. The best was the mango and the chocolate. Everything else tasted a bit chalky and kinda reminded me of non-fat powdered milk. I’m not big on the toppings, but they had a big selection of candy and cookie toppings and some fruit. They also have hot nutella, hot fudge, marshmallow and more. This is the place to go if you want toppings… obviously, I should have followed the kids.

I used to be a froyo snob. Maybe three years ago when I first moved up here and got on the froyo train… I would only go to FroZenYo spots in DC. Emphasis on «only». Sure I would pass all these other frozen yogurt chains around MD… but unless its FroZenYo. I. wasn’t. having. it! And then my snobby self decided to try Sweet Frog… *gasp* I actually went to a Sweet Frog with my older sister for the first time when I was back in my home state of NC. This was back in October. My first taste was a seasonal pumpkin flavor… Oh my lordy that pumpkin flavor was ONPOINT! It really caught me by surprise… so lo and behold FrozenYo had to take a seat! lol. So fast forward to now, I have dropped FroZenYo(unless I’m in DC) and SweetFrog is THESPOT for froyo. The flavors are ALWAYS spot-on and full of flavor… and still fat-free. Sinless deliciousness!!! So this location is Towson really wasn’t memorable, compared to another location that I have been to in Catonsville. This Towson location has far less topping options and less flavors… which isn’t really a problem… but they didn’t have the specific flavors that I prefer! Boooooooo. Oh and they don’t have a parking lot either… which I definitely HATE since I’m averse to street parking being from NC. I probably won’t ever go back to this location, however it’s still a Sweet Frog, and I’m still a fan!
