I tried this service and when I cancelled, they still owed me one more service. But when I called to get my last service they said«talk to the owner, Danny Eldridge». I called him 5 times… without ever getting a call back. He obviously just wants to keep my money! Don’t use this guy!

I’ve had numerous horrendous issues with this company! I signed up as the previous Unilocaler said, in a door to door scouting mission. At the time we had service with Terminix, who we weren’t terribly happy with(we still had lots of earwigs in our home, upstairs and downstairs) so I decided to make the switch. They promised they’d do a great job, specified what they do and what bugs they target, and best of all they were cheaper($ 65 per treatment) than Terminix. Plus, I like to support local businesses more than the big guys. I’ve kept every invoice, thank goodness, so let’s look back… I initially signed up on 5÷12÷11. Yes, that was almost two years ago. They set a service schedule for every other month, except for the first two treatments which would be May and June. So, they showed up in May, June… then September 10th(what happened to August??), and then… they stopped coming. I had my son on September 25th, 2011, so I was a little busy and didn’t notice at first. I finally called in FEBRUARY2012(yes, FIVEMONTHS after the last treatment). I spoke to their receptionist or whatever she is(she’s the only one I’ve ever spoken to; I never got her name) and she did NOT apologize. She said that they’ve had trouble keeping everything on schedule since they only have ONE service guy. ONE. Seriously?! And, how is that MY problem? Anyway, she sent him out and they did it for free. Yet again, though, they stopped coming! I called in June and they came out again(again, no apology). Then they came in August and October 2012. Great, I thought, they finally got it together. NOPE. Here we are, February 2013, and they have not shown up since. Yes, that is four months after the last service. Not once have they ever called or apologized. I’ve called twice since yesterday and have now left two voice messages to cancel my service. Long overdue phone call! Shocking, they haven’t called back. Hey, Blue Guard! This is NOT the only place I’ll be leaving a review. You can be sure I’ll be blasting this far and wide, trying to let my neighbors know to STAYAWAY from your horrible service.

Sadly this experience started out well, but has gone downhill since. Initially this was a «door to door» scouting agreement. I agreed to cancel my service and give them a try. Their rates were competitive, service was timely, and the results were positive(no more spiders, roaches, ants or silverfish). However, recently scheduled appointments were missed, I received calls cancelling appointments we never made, and subsequent phone calls to make appointments go unanswered. My last straw? I am having an ANT problem… in my cupboards, pantry, counters and floor. I called for an appointment 2x, left messages and still haven’t gotten a call back. Enough is enough. I’m off to make an appointment with another company someone on here has reviewed!
