I won’t even eat here. I find it so ridiculous that they went above and beyond to build a damn shop not even 500 feet from another donut shop. Screw that. Support your local business. It’s business like this that make our local businesses go out of business and close down. Plus a Co worker brought some of their donuts once to work and they tasted like sh*t compared to the place across from them. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

The donuts were good however the supply was limited and they were out of the majority of the donuts we tried to order.

Went here with my family on Valentine’s Day, drove over an hour to buy some delicious donuts only to find that there were only 3 kinds. Blueberry Cake, Maple, and Original, quite possibly the most unappealing flavors offered. The service was terrible and the cashier was very rude. The establishment as a whole is probably the most unorganized and filthy of all the Dunkin Donuts I’ve been to. Along with the donut holes we ordered a large coffee and we waited a good 5 minutes *there was only one other family behind us, who’ve already been helped* until we went to the front to ask for it. Turns out they forgot about the coffee entirely and when received, it tasted like straight up sugar. Definitely not worth the drive if anyone is interested in venturing to the Infamous Dunkin Donuts. Stick with your neighborhood Krispy Kreme everyone.

Dunkin donuts in Tracy? Whaaaat? I was excited, I came here a few days after their opening. I used to always want to go to the one in modesto because I love donuts. But unfortunately, this DD didn’t satisfy me. Customer service was ok. Donuts were alright. Something is just not right. Maybe I’ll just stick to the family donut place across the street

I was so excited to learn the Dunkin Donuts was coming to town, but every time I’ve gone, the donuts are stale! Really disappointing! I won’t be going any more. I’ve tried and been disappointment way too many times. I’ll be headed across the parking lot to the mom and pop donut shop.

5 stars for the girl behind the register, Kiley. She was cute, bubbly and she offered great customer service at 7:45am. 1 star for the donuts. Came here at 7:45 am on a Saturday morning. I was so excited to try my first dunkin donuts donut. Usually when I enter a donut shop first thing in the morning, the store is perfumed with sugary goodness. Not here. The donuts are beautiful when you first look at them and they look delicious. Took a bite of my heart shaped jelly filled donut and it was«eh». I was so bummed. No way this is a fresh donut. It was flat and stale(like a day old donut). It was a decent donut but not fresh. Will be going back to my local donut shop who hand craft these delicious bad boys FRESH everyday.

My first and last time to visit this DD. First off it was a Sunday Morning and had my kids pick out the donuts they wanted. I made it a dozen. I was not impressed with the limited selection. It was my first visit to a DD in 30 years. Get home and find that the donuts are all STALE, how can a donut shop have stale donuts on a Sunday morning? Worst of all my 7 year old with a sweet tooth refused to eat a donut after 1 bit. She spit it out and would not eat anymore. I found the donuts to be on par with what you could get at a grocery stores bakery, old and stale. Not sure if the donuts or made on site or shipped in, but by I would guess they are made out of the area and shipped in. I’ll continue to frequent the other donut shop in the same parking lot. Better selection and donuts have always been fresh.

I came back here yesterday not expecting much based on previous experiences and surprisingly their service is good. Amazing customer service and the donuts were really good. Would recommend this place

My daughter loves donuts. We usually frequent the donut shop across the way, but she was bugging me to visit DD. We’ve visited a couple of times, but to be honest… it really didn’t knock my socks off. The first time that we went, they were out of pretty much every donut. We wanted a dozen, but ended up getting half a dozen instead due to their lack of options. It was around 3:30PM, an after school snack. I know that it’s the afternoon, but you’re a donut shop. I would assume that they continually are making fresh donuts until their closing time. But at the time we went, they weren’t going to have any fresh ones anytime soon. We ended up getting three glazed and three chocolate covered glazed. No sprinkles this time around. I also decided to get their iced latte with caramel syrup. I tried a donut and it tasted like a day old donut. Not like been out for a few hours, but just stale and old tasting. The coffee was okay, but a little too sweet for my liking. I don’t understand what the hype is. Maybe I need to try another drink. Maybe we need to go earlier when they’re fresh and there’s more options. Or maybe we’ll just stick to the mom and pop donut shop across the way. Sorry DD, you haven’t won me over.

2 stars — one for the coffee and one for the old fashioned donut. — drive through line long — asked for their snicker doodle croissant donut — weekend at 8.30am — they didn’t have it — asked for the pepper turkey sandwich — they were out of seasoning — asked for a maple bar got a maple cake donut — the bagel sandwich was alright — the chicken croissant sandwich — epic fail — very greasy and rubbery — hash browns totally cold/rubbery The quality of the food was disappointing — don’t think I’ll be coming back to wait in line for mediocre food when I can just go the local bake shop for donuts which is located

Stale Donuts as many of the reviewers have noted and yes I went across the lot to the mom and pop and theirs was fresher!(My last visit) Always and often out of stock — we went for French Curlers since they are like puffy pieces of cloud that I have gotten to like and yet again I got the answer«we are all out».(Redemption visit) Maybe someday they will understand how to properly order, stay in stock and make their customers happy but I won’t be one of those customers… sorry dunkin donuts but this was the last time I pull into your drive thru!(Finale)

This place never ceases to amaze me. Today(12÷27÷15), I stopped in about 6:20 — 6:30 am. I wanted to pick up some donuts for the family and get my favorite, bavarian crème filled and glazed donuts. So I head to the drive through and start my order and the lady proceeds to tell me that they don’t have any glazed or bavarian crème donuts. What in the world is going on?! What donut place does not have glazed in their shop? Why is it that this is like the 5th time I’ve been told that they don’t have a certain product. This is getting ridiculous Dunkin Donuts! I can see why the business has dwindled down a month after opening. I went across the street to the mom and pop donut shop and guess what? They had glazed donuts. Just terrible DD, just terrible!

I had to check this place out because of the hype, sure the coffee was great, as always, but the doughnuts were mediocre at best. I wouldn’t come back, I’d rather park my car and go to their competitor that is in the same parking lot for fresher better doughnuts, and better deals.

Well, I must say I was a bit ALARMED today 12÷13÷15. Stopped in for a dozen donuts and some coffee for home. Several things happened in rapid succession that set the mood for this visit, 1). Tried ordering a bagel breakfast item. «Sorry, we’re out of bagels» came that mysterious voice over the speaker. 2). Second issue: The Tracy dozen is now $ 10.99 and the donuts don’t include gold dusted sprinkles! $ 10.99 a dozen? Really? Local donut shops are priced lower for better quality donuts! 3). Drove up to the window to pay for and pick up order. Now is when it goes BAD!!! The person taking cash and credit was wearing plastic gloves for sanitation purposes but as I watched these employees handle the cars ahead of me, they were taking dirty cash and credit cards(that have been who knows where), then they are moving to fill donut orders! Using the same germ covered gloves used to take payment and then reaching over to grab donuts and place them in the box! Index finger in donut hole, and thumb on outer rim of donut. No wax paper to grab the donuts!!! WT?! This will be my last visit to DD. BEWARE! So, what did I do with the donuts? I donated them to the homeless dude at the corner between McD’s and Wells Fargo!

Convenient drive-thru. Fresh donuts. My favorite is the French Crullers. The plain chocolate donuts are very dry, we didn’t care it. The chocolate glaze was good too. just some feedback for Dunkin Donuts: I think the drive-thru menu needs some work. Make the donut options easier to find. Place the sign for the selections of donuts at car height, not above the car sight line.

First time I went i bought the«Tracy Dozen” — pretty good. Second time I went I made a mistake when I ordered my chocolate donut. I wanted the chocolate frosted but ordered double chocolate. So when I got to the window. I asked for the chocolate frosted and the manager grabs the bag and takes the the donut and throws it in the trash then grabs the new donut and tosses it in the bag– that was extremely rude of her. Third time I went I asked for an iced macchiato and received a hot one. How can you get that wrong. They hired a bunch of little kids with attitude to run the place– bad move dunkin donuts. I’ll stick to Starbucks and the mom and pop donut shop in the same lot. At least I’ll get a smile with my donut!

The guy working drive-thru was SUPEREXCITED(like waaayyyyyyy too excited) to be working drive-thru on a Monday morning. General interactions with staff were pleasant, but the product was pretty ‘meh’. Donuts = Not fresh at all Iced Coffee = Mostly milk(lacking general coffee flavor) Breakfast Sandwich = Poo Hash Browns = Poo nuggets This was my first ever DD visit, and given all the hype, I expected much better. The donuts are lackluster, and I can’t think of any compelling reasons to come back. #BummerYo *Edit: Apparently Unilocal!doesn’t like emoji, so I had to use ‘big boy’ words :(

Ahh I’m surprised how much I missed Dunkin Donuts after moving from NJ a couple months ago. When I found out they opened a location here I had to check it out. The food is about DD is the same as it is back in the east coast. The service however is a little hectic since it just opened. I came in around 1pm on a Monday and I have never seen so many DD Employees working at the same time. I hope they are all training and hope it is not going to be like that all the time as there were way too many employees behind the counter and in the drive thru in the kitchen. It’s DD not In N Out. Anyway, food is decent. They have everything I need in a DD. Coffee is great and cheaper than Starbucks(as it should be). I wouldn’t go inside if it is busy as there is not a lot of room to wait on line as well to sit down. This place accommodates more for the grab and go type of customer. Sucks that there’s a mom and pop donut shop literally right in front of DD that’s been there for 25 years but oh well I’m sure they’ll be ok.

How appalling that this franchise should open in the same Plaza as another(family run) Donut shop. *Sigh*. I’ll get onto this later… Anyhow, opening day thid place was busy yet well organized. Sadly they had ran out of the Snickerdoodle CronUT but it came as no surprise as they’re so popular. Staff knew the product and we’re happy serving the long lines of customers and prices are fair. While waiting in line it gave me chance to peruse the menu and see that they do all day Breakfast and freshly made Coffee. They also have a drive thru which is useful for being right near the 580. The Donuts are decent and they have some interesting flavors. What I like about DD is that they concentrate on what I call reall Donuts(Or Doughnuts as it is correctly spelt) and by this I mean that they are soft and doughy, none of this«cake» nonsense. Ok, so they did have 1 cake variety when I went which was of the Blueberry variety. Now the concern from a number of people about opening opposite anot her Donut shop open for 25 years… Has everyone forgotten that the other Donut shop in town is less than a mile down the same road? DD and Donuts & Yogurt have somewhat different Donuts and given that both Tracy and Mountain House are growing I see no reason why both business’ can’t reside in the same town AND do well. DD opened near Mr T’s in Modesto and that is still thriving. If you have good product people will come and I will still visit D&Y despite this opening. It’s also important to remember DD is a franchise(run by a family) too.
