Too crowded and slow in the morning time. Need more baristas especially with the mobile ordering program. 10 mins wait for a cup of pumpkin spice is definitely too much. 2nd update: Gave this place another try. Came here in the late afternoon. Dirtiest Starbucks I’ve ever been to.

I’m giving them a 5 just because of how well they handled a situation. There was an insufferable customer. She complained they put in too much ice. So they tried to fix it. Then she complained it wasn’t enough ice! She degraded the employees the whole time. She literally had her hands on her BIGFAT hips and was tapping her toes. She was holding up the line because apparently she thinks she is more important than everyone else. She then complained about the whipped cream and then the cinnamon. No matter how the employees tried to remedy the situation, she was not happy(I think she was trying to get a free coffee) She was so rude and so disrespectful but the employees kept their cool which was unbelievable and commendable because she was a nightmare. Kudos to the staff they handled it very well… although they should have never had to

Slow and very DIRTY! This location has No Drive Thru and at the time of this review, had 4 people staffed. At the time of this review, there was 5 people waiting in line. It took about 9 mins to get my drink. The person, whom ordered after me received theirs first. I took into consideration that they might have been low on coffee, however it was the same as mine.

This place has become a joke for us. It doesn’t matter if you go in on a weekend or weekend or various times of the day, you will wait FOR-EVERRR. We now run our errands strategically based on their consistent lag time. He drops me off at this Starbucks while he goes full blown shopping at Orchard & Safeway(located in the same shopping center) and when he is done, our drinks MIGHT be ready. Whatever process they’re using is not efficient or up to normal Starbucks snuff.

Worst Starbucks experience ever. I wish I could give a negative review. In a nutshell, instead of ranting on. no one knew what was in stock or out of stock, tons of mobile orders were made before my order(with no one there to claim them), drinks weren’t put on the bar until I mentioned something after 15 minutes went by and people behind me were getting their drinks, waited a total of a half an hour after ordering and it wasn’t even that crowded, no apologies, horrible customer service all around, and an absent manager. I missed half of my nephews baseball game due to poor customer service(especially considering how overpriced Starbucks is!). I will never go to this location again, the employees are ALL airheads.

This is the second time this week I was here and bathroom was gross! Again, no toilet seat covers, told a worker and didn’t seem like it phased them. Also, I slipped on some whip cream that was near the counter with the coffee supplies, told the register girl and she told the baristas…10 minutes later the whip cream was still there but with a wet sign next to it! It wasn’t even that busy today when I was there, the staff just talking and goofing around. And my drinks take forever to make at this Starbucks, not sure why?! I usually don’t mind because I’m studying anyways but I see other people look annoyed. I have gone here because there’s a lot of seating spaces, but this is the last time.

What great customer service tonight. Had to go sit outside with my dog and the barista brought me my drink when I was more than capable of getting it myself. It’s a Starbucks so there is nothing exceptional in that regard but the customer service was amazing — AND all with a smile!

I usually come to this place in the mornings and the workers are always nice and friendly but this time around I came in the evening at 5:34 pm 2÷8÷2016 the workers were talking aloud among themselves and no good customer service sure didn’t make me feel welcome. Good job to the morning crew

Today was a treat! I had bad experience with this location in the past. Baristas had ignored me in the when there are hardly any customers and there must have been like five baristas standing around and I also experience baristas closing up 5 minutes before the store close as I kncked on the door ignoring me. I started going to Startbucks drive thru in Tracy and although their customer services was very nice and attentive they messed up on my Bravo macchiato but I didn’t complain because they were just too kind and I already left. Today I went to the Starbucks that I had bad experiences at on 11th street and took my chances. Monique was my barista and she made my Bravo mocha perfectly and I explain to her what happened with my other cup of coffee on Grant line at Starbucks. She gave me a large cold tea and a couple sandwiches for free and told me that everything comes back in a circle, karma. I was so happy and appreciated her free gifts and now that totally change my attitude about my Starbucks around the corner and that I had such bad experience with prior in which she had no clue of. Thank You Monique, Starbucks need more employees just like you to make us customers change our mind and continue to do busy with our local Starbucks. –Tangie

The team here is amazing, even during the holiday rushes! I’m glad it’s over. They remember what are my top 3 drinks and it’s always a hit or miss between what I’m feeling for the day. McKenzie just took care of me, I needed something a little more than the usual and she made her own. If I like it, I’ll dedicate the drink in her name as my new favorite. Haha

The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. My wife and I have tried them 3 times now(because they’re so close to the house) and every time a failure. The service is slow and their always running out of coffee additives. The employees talk amongst themselves instead of helping the next customer in line then complain that the line is «soooooooo long». Last night we were there and there was literally one person in line in front of us both young ladies proceeded to have a 5 minute conversation with the young man who seemed to be their friend all the while the line is growing behind us and we are not aknowledged once while this is going on. This is not the first time that has happened either, we will not be returning to be subjected to disrespectful behavior again. Instead we will be using the Safeway Starbucks as they are just as close and much more customer service oriented.

Normally I have great experience at here. But I needed to post something cause when I spend at least $ 40 every other time that I come in I expect better service. McKenzie was obvious to tired and grumpy to be working with the customers today. When you tell a barista want you want don’t keep asking if I want something more in it. I’m not a rookie… and when you say they tell me I have to ask :(don’t be a robot. maybe you shout have asked to make the coffee or help putting pastries in the microwave. Everyone else this morning was great!

Thank you Allilah. I hope I got her name right. I’m lactose intolerant, and sometimes soy milk just slips and they make it with regular milk. The staff was sweet enough to rinse my cup out and remake my drink without any hesitation. I felt so bad about it, since it was kind of busy. Clean bathrooms and super awesome staff!

This location is pretty busy and I appreciated the barista that took my order although the other employee at the register was socializing with 2 customers ahead of me that she clearly knew well. The same barista charged me which I also appreciated as the other barista moved on to make the other customers’ drinks. It was also awkward standing behind them as my drink sat at the bar ready to leave with me but not getting notice that it was my drink because they continued their chit-chat. I’m all for having a relationship with customers but a little more awareness is great for other customers. About the drink, it may just be me but the chai seems to have gotten less spicy over the years. It could be that it’s iced but it also seems pretty bland. It’s alright for a treat when you don’t have a Peet’s close enough.

Although the employees here are nice and friendly, I’m only giving them 2 stars due to the fact that I paid extra to substitute soy milk in my drink, and received regular milk instead. It’s not just that, though. I saw the barista making my drink, and I saw him pour regular milk into the little metal container they use to steam the milk, and I saw him throw the bottle away. During this process, I thought«Surely, that can’t be my drink, though I’m the only person here waiting.» And then he called my drink out. Aargh. After questioning him twice, he swore he had used soy milk, but upon sipping it in my car, I knew he had not. So annoyed.
