I’ve gone to this location quite a few time but I went in yesterday to get an item I bad ran out of and Adrienne helped me a great deal she was very knowledgeable on the products and very informative about the workout she suggested. I attempted to switch up my routine just to test her theory and i can’t walk today. Great customer service.

As a veteran at GNC this is GNC is not one I will return to. The salesmen are pushy, I have been doing research on the products I’ve been using for years and don’t mind trying new products but the employees here are telling false facts just to sell. As a franchise store they can give extra discounts which is awesome but I’d rather pay regular prices for products I know work rather than being pushed into a bad product because they give me 30% off. They also don’t have to honor a gold card!

By far the best gnc I have ever been to. Great customer service, great deals. Unlike many other gnc where people work there for a job but nope not this place these guy are very knowledgable and are all personal trainers and all compete in shows. If you have any fitness goals you guys should give them a Look at I promise you won’t be disappointed and you will leave a happy customer.

The best GNC I’ve ever been in! These guys really know their stuff, excellent customer service & I love the sales they have! They happily answered all of my questions & gave me additional info… It’s nice to go somewhere where they actually know their products & what you need to help you get the results you want. We will definitely shop there before anywhere else! Good customer service is a rarity these days. Thank you Tracy GNC! Sincerely, a very happy customer :)

Finally, Finally Finally found a supplement store rather then going online. By far the best supplements in town, and best staff in town this place was very knowledgeable. They helped me with all my needs and showed what I needed and more. Also the prices are the lowest in any GNC store. I WILL be comming back to this place.

This is the second location in Tracy and had their Grand opening yesterday, celebrating with 30% off. It’s bright and clean inside and the staff are nice but I have to wonder if Tracy really needs another location just a mile from the original store. The location in West Valley Mall is hardly busy after all.
The inventory is fairly impressive with everything from Diet aids to Sports Nutrition and Vitamins. However I’m not sure how likely I am to shop here as I prefer to get all of my nutrients from my daily diet. It is convenient for if you’re shopping at Safeway though.
