Very satisfied each time I have taken my 8 y/​o son and once for my 6 y/​o daughter. I have had hit or miss experiences with most Great Clips (mostly in Fredericksburg VA area), but this one is consistent. They get folks in & out, they address ppl quickly upon walking in, it’s never more than a 20 minute wait, the online check in is convenient, and the staff is all a seemingly well-​oiled machine. 3 different ppl have done my son’s hair, but no issues at all. He loves his new ‘do, thanks to Liana who went above & beyond to ensure he was happy. We will go back again in @2−3 weeks; maybe sooner.

Great service! Malisa and all the stylists are very attentive and detail oriented. I usually take my daughter with me and it helps that they have a few kids books and activity games.

I used to get my hair cut by Jeanette about once a month. Due to convenience reasons, I started going somewhere else for a haircut. Everywhere I went they weren’t able to fade or line me up the way Jeanette used to. So now I’m back! She’s really friendly, fast and makes you feel welcomed. I highly recommend!

Clean professional and great with my 4 year old son, this place is one of our favorites for a haircut. Always greeted warmly and with lots of professionalism, it’s easy to trust my kids hair with the folks here.

I don’t know why tits has 3 stars. If it’s because of the price for a hair cut, let me put it this way. You pay for what you get and what I got was a very warm welcoming as soon as I walk through the door. Francesca was the one who took care of me and gave me an excellent haircut her attention to detail was phenomenal. She knew every little detail of how my hair needs to be because I am attending the Marine Corps Ball this weekend, I would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back here.

Wow, my sons haircut looked like Tracy the hair utter, all of a sudden, fell asleep in the middle of cutting his hair. I dislike people that don’t do their job! She needs to listen before starting a job! If she doesn’t understand, ASK! Very disappointed!

I’ve been going here for several years, I live close by and the price is right. Have had good, Okay and bad. Most recent was the worst, I went back, the woman who tried to correct this mess spent almost 15 minutes, it is still the worst haircut I have ever had. My hair is straight and 2 – 3 inches long, shouldn’t be difficult, I don’t think.

I wouldnt reccomend going if you have ethinic hair. Im mixed and my hair type is curly. I asked before going if theyd be able to do it without damaging my hair they said yes but that wasnt the case. I have natural hair so I dont have any chemicals in it. I also needed someone who knew how to straighten it with heat protectant.
It was stiff when finished not flowy or silky and shiny. Yeah thats a nogo for me.

This place is terrible! I went in there and ask for a basic cut and the woman and he coworkers laughed at me because she don’t know how to do that haircut. Very rude and unprofessional staff.

I’m a marketing guy who lives near this place, works in the Bay Area with a busy schedule that involves a lot of travel. In other words, I’m a busy guy.
So step up Carine (spelling) from Great Clips. What a credit to the organization. She has attention to detail, sense of putting clients at ease. And she does exactly what you ask for. She never complains about her day, is always professional and a pleasure to meet.
If your looking for a good spot to get your hair cut, then please consider this place and Carine.

If I could give this a negative star I would. if you have little boys DON’T take them there. The woman who cut his hair. don’t know the name. but she was on the heavier side with dark hair messed up my son’s hair so bad… way uneven bangs. half his hair was short and the other half long… this is too bad because I’ve been there before (never had this woman before) and they have done a decent job but this woman was soo bad we won’t ever be going back… and I don’t know how they got more than one star because I have never seen such a bad haircut EVER! And I so wish I would have read the earlier review because it sounds like we had a similar experience…

Renee’ here can LONG LAYER hair, just as good as Tresses Salon, for a fraction of the price. I didn’t even have to wait the 2 weeks for an appointment, and her cutting is quicker, for you busy gals. Don’t let her short funky-​but-​trendy hairstyle fool you. She knows how to do LONG hair as well. I’ll definately go back!

All that fluff going to a spa/​full service salon and I just got the best hair-​cut ever for $ 13. No BS. I walked in– Corrine greeted me (super cute, professional woman with a great attitude) and within a minute I was getting my hair-​cut. She asked me what I wanted; I explained and she worked her magic. I WAS having a bad hair day…$ 13 (+$ 5 tip– she was worth it) I’m back in business. I flat ironed my hair and it looks like I just spent $ 100 for my hair-​cut! A-​M-​A-​Z-​I-​N-​G. Trust me… save your money… go see this woman. Magic for practically FREE! Thank you Corrine!

I had my hair cut by Corrine. She is very nice and talkative. I checked in and within 10m I was getting my hair cut. If you are looking for a quick decent low cost hair cut, the Great Clips is for you! They also have hair care products for sale and have good sales from time to time.

I hate to give a poor rating as all of the stylists but one do a great job. The one I have a problem (recurring) one with is the older woman with the European accent. Avoid her and you will likely have a 5 star experience!

You get what you pay for … stylists that have an attitude and don’t listen or roll their eyes … thankfully they only took too much off my daughters hair (at least it grows fast). But we lost our stylist at Mastercuts so it was worth a shot. Never again.

So strictly speaking from a guy’s point of view this place is good. I like to get my haircut once a week and this place is definitely budget friendly. I’ve been here twice and while the first time I went my haircut was okay (don’t remember the name of the first stylist), the second time was great. Phavina cut my hair just the way I like it. I get a high and tight (military style). I will be a regular here from now on.
