Forgot to come back to write this review. I finally just went in to make an appointment because sadly never got calls returned.
However after finally having a few services they did not dissapoint! Staff is friendly and those wash room might just be the best! Come in every so often when I can’t make it to the usual place

Marissa is my go to girl. She always has a great attitude, her hair cuts are amazing.
She’s overall a great stylist.

Alicia is so amazing at the salon! I make all my appointments with her and she always does a great job and has me looking and feeling great! I won’t go to anybody else except her!

I have been going to the Salon and Spa for over 4 years. I followed my skin care favorite Sharon (she is awesome) and started trying out my hair care as well. This establishment is professional… a great group of staff and owner. I am a regular now. .Alicia takes care of my hair and does an awesome job always… I have a crazy schedule and Alicia is amazing to work with me to try to fit me in always. What makes this salon stand out? I have had my hair done all over the world and the wash house experience is simply the best. it’s Zenful.
Alicia is amazing so please check out Salon and Spa. Alicia is my go to girl for hair and Sharon for massage and facials. If fact the owner Shelby and staff are incredible… it’s like being at home. while I’m getting the royal treatment.

Best thing about this place was the wash house experience. Other than that, I’m disappointed. I called to get a quote for what I wanted (trim, all over color and a couple peekaboos). Was told peekaboos are $ 10 each but I forget the total amount quoted. Anyway, I go in, show the girl the pic I have which was brown hair with a couple blonde peekaboos. I told her I didn’t want it cut but asked if she could just run her thinning sheers through it. She walked away and came back with a paper with a quote of $ 245!!! Ummm no thank you! She wanted to charge be $ 95 for just the peekaboos. I told her about what I was told on the phone ($ 10) and she was like «oh ok I didn’t know you wanted „those“ peekaboos»! So I tell her forget the thinning, just dye it all brown and give me 2 peekaboos. $ 165 dollars later. not impressed!

My stylist was Alicia. I think I found my go to girl! After 9 years living in tracy! The wash house was so nice and relaxing. I showed her the picture of the haircut I wanted and she nailed it. Love her!

Been to this Salon twice and so far so good. My stylist Lizzy really took time to listen to my hair woes and provided a solution that not only gained me frequent compliments but a renewed confidence as well.

It’s safe to say that Marissa is the «Guy Tang» of central valley. No joke! I just recently moved back to Central Valley and thought it would be really hard to find a new hair person. I found Marissa on Instagram and called to make an appointment right away. I decided to chop off my long hair and go with a new short look with balayage ashy highlights. I brought in some ideas but let Marissa take the wheel… and I love my hair. The biggest tip I have is let her do what she does best and you will love the result! Ladies and fellas you are going to feel like you are talking to someone you’ve known forever. She’s great! I HIGHLY recommend her for anyone that’s looking for a cut and color.

Last month I had brought my daughter in to get her hair colored for prom. She was there for 6 hours and the color came out looking faded and dull and for $ 300+ I was expecting it to be perfect or damn near. The gal that did her hair told her that she can come back and she’d FIX it on her. Well 4 days before prom my daughter went in and was told that they would fix it but they would have to charge her another $ 45+ the owner said she needed to charge for the cost of the product. I know for a fact that that product they use cost less then $ 20 a bottle. I get the whole mark up thing but when you don’t do the job right the first time you need to rectify the situation at your cost. As a business owner she should of fixed it. Will I be going back? No an I’m sure she’ll have words in reply but whatever. Between my daughters hair and mine that was at least $ 200/​300+ every ¾weeks in production that she lost out on. Now maybe that’s not a lot for her to lose but I’m sure another salon would be more then happy to get that.

I had a appointment at 9 am with Lizzy this morning! She is absolutely wonderful! I took off about a foot & a half of my long hair and she reassured me through the whole process. She was very nice and sweet through out the cut! I ended up with a lob which is super beautiful! The wash house was so relaxing I loved it :) They provide coffee, water, and tea. I highly recommend Salon and Spa. I’ve had Erin and Lizzy work on my hair before and they are the best here in Tracy!

I’ve been coming for over 3 years now. Marissa (EXPERT) always does a fantastic job. The treatment you receive while at the salon is worth 5 stars because it is definitely an «experience». Please give it a try, you won’t regret it.
And I’ll just say that Melinda is an amazing massuse. I’ve been to a few places for massage as I enjoy treating myself whenever I’m on a trip, and I’ve never left the massage table feeling better than here at the salon+spa.

I needed a new Stylist and I thought I give this place a try. I am so glad I went there. Alicia did an excellent job, I definitely found my new stylist.

I have been getting my hair cut at the Salon + Spa for some time now. Erin takes care of me, but all of the ladies at the Salon + Spa do excellent work. It is great atmosphere, and is very relaxing with the Wash House experience. Guys, you would be surprised at what a difference a truly professional hair cut and style makes, compared to a discount haircut. I know, because I’m guilty of those discount cuts in the past!
After getting my hair cut, I scheduled a facial session with Sharon in the Spa. She is very professional, the process was smooth, and I’ll definitely go back to her again! She offers facials for men as well, and then a full mix of services for women only (Massage, Tanning, Waxing, etc.). I would definitely recommend Sharon!

Brought my 12 year old here since he now cares about how he looks. He brought in a picture of what he wanted, and they not only did an amazing job at cutting his hair on how he wanted, but also spent time showing him how to style it. All this for only $ 4 more then super cuts or I should say super bad cuts.

Love this place! Shelby does such a great job on my hair and the Wash House is awesome!!! I highly recommend this place!

I went to see Marissa and showed her a picture of what I had in mind. She successfully accomplished the vision I had in mind or my new color combination. Very satisfied customer!

I started going to the Salon+Spa just to get my eyes done. Then I tried them out for hair cut, and Now I go there at least once a month to see Marissa for my hair cut, color and eyes. She is SuperFantastic, and keeps, me coming back. Marissa takes the time to know you, ask you questions, and probe what you like and dont want. I wouldn’t trade her for anyone else.

If I could give more than five stars towards this Salon, I absolutely would without hesitation. I had never been here before but heard about it through a friend when I mentioned that I needed a haircut and was looking around for a good salon that would give me the results I wanted (Since I tend to be very particular with my hair and have had way to many bad haircuts else where) My friend admittedly referred me over to Salon + Spa without any further questions. I decided I’d give it a shot and am I happy I did! I have never been to such a nice salon that treated me so nicely and were truly genuine about helping me get the haircut I truly wanted. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted kindly and then asked if I’d like a beverage while I waited since I was early. I didn’t have to wait long since my hairstylist Erin had just finished and admittedly gave me her full attention and asked me all sorts of questions to make sure she’d give me the right haircut which made me feel like my hair was truly important. The washhouse was truly relaxing, I never thought getting your hair washed could come to be so calming and leave my hair so utterly soft and smelling like lemongrass. It was amazing! afterwards she dried quickly, cut it precisely and styled my hair to perfection. What can I say, Erin truly is a complete sweetheart and gave me the cutest haircut ever, it turned out even better then I had imagined. She was very attentive, caring and just over all sweet. So I will be definitely returning soon and requesting Erin everytime!
Also on an unrelated note, they have a great taste in music. There wasn’t a song that didn’t pass that I didn’t like. Made my experience a whole lot better!

Marissa is amazing! After bouncing around to many different salons and hair stylists in Tracy, I thankfully found Marissa. While I have only received haircuts from her (no color), I am so happy to have found her. She takes her time with clients, delivers quality haircuts, and encourages clients to try something new (well, at least for me she did). After going to her, I always receive so many compliments on my new haircut! Every time I leave her chair, I feel beautiful and absolutely love my new look.
Everyone here is friendly, and they all make you feel at home. I would highly recommend this salon, and if you can request anyone, ask for Marissa. You won’t be disappointed!

When I want to change things up, I want to do it NOW (before I start second-​guessing myself or lose my nerve). I have recently started the process of weeding anything non-​cruelty free out of my life, starting with beauty products (and ending with a vegan lifestyle… yes I said it). Now, for the beauty addict that I am, the idea of not coloring my hair (or attempting to use hemp to do it) was a hard pill to swallow. But then I remembered… Paul Mitchell is against animal testing! And luckily, The Salon + Spa is a Paul Mitchell salon. Also luckily, Marissa had an opening within three days of me wanting to change things NOW. And now that I’m home, swinging my softly-​lightened locks around, I am realizing how lucky I am that all the stars aligned for me to find this place and Marissa. All you have to do is bring in an idea (at the very least… maybe bring in a picture as well) and your stylist will not only verbally specify what you want, but they will whip out an iPad with their Pinterest account and make very clear what you’re looking for. Clever! Marissa was very clear about what she was doing with my hair during the entire process, which is very reassuring.
How are there not more reviews about this place? At the very very least, make an appointment for a Wash House Experience. I have never had such an enjoyable, relaxing time while getting my hair done. Marissa took such good care of me in there that she could have burned off half my hair during the styling process and I still would give five stars (she didn’t though, just to be clear).
I don’t care if you’re a dude or a chick. Everyone needs to experience this. My hair backs me up on this one.
