Super busy! This Location seems to offer up Long Lines and unhappy customers & workers. Came here to order an Acai BowL & smoothie. Stood in Line for a Lot Longer than normaL as two gaLs tried to throw out orders as fast as they couLd. I witnessed one of the workers try to make two smoothies in one bLender– she ended up with not enough product and in order to compensate for the empty space, she quickLy threw in more ice and yogurt. I’m no expert but I’m gonna assume those smoothies were going to be a bit Lacking… I can teLL why the customer service can be Lacking due to our own personaL visit & other Unilocal from patrons– management shouLd think about hiring a third person during peak hours. This is no way to keep customers or gain Unilocal stars.

I come here everyday after my walk and I love the girls who work here. First for the people whose been complaining lately, sometimes they have people who just completed training and they are unsure how to make a certain drink. Imagine making hundreds of combinations that is not on the board! Remember, Jamba Juice will honor any kind of drink combination they had offered in the past. Sometimes these newbies are just overwhelmed so be kind, nice and patient! Again, I’ve been coming here since it opened. I get a free drink each week because I have 4 kids and it’s a much better snack for them than fast food. The reward program through Safeway accumulates much faster than what they offer at the Jamba Juice on Naglee. The people that work here are great and sweet if you say good morning to them and be nice when you place an order. Never have I’ve experienced any type of rudeness from the workers here and lately I know there are 2 new employees and most of the time I just feel like they are pretty«green» and would need a little bit more time to look/act confident at what they are doing. If you’re ordering something unusual, explain it to them so they know they can get it right for you. It goes both ways people!

Drinks are fine but the customer service is horrible. Both workers seemed cold and unfriendly. They didn’t smile and didn’t greet any of the customers. They both looked like they hated their jobs.

I definitely like that there’s a Jamba Juice within walking distance from my house, though I’d probably not come back if the location wasn’t so darn convenient. The drinks here are perfectly fine, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. If they were busy making drinks, I’d be a bit more understanding, but to make a customer wait while standing at the counter talking to your friends and showing each other pictures on your phones is no good and that was before my order was even taken. Maybe it’s their unspoken policy not to acknowledge customers until a line forms because no one even looked up for a good 3 or 4 minutes and by then two other people were in line behind me.

Pretty bad customer service. Had to wait 5 minutes or so to be acknowledged and the lady taking my order, I believe her name was Karla, was extremely rude for no reason. And once I received my order, it was a size smaller than what I paid for.

Wow… I’m all about customer service and today they were terrible. Two people working and I waited 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. The only time they did noticed me when there was a line behind me. Disappointed.

After two phone calls and two visits, I finally spoke to someone who knows the answer to my question. Question: Do you make acai berry energy bowls? Answer: Yes, we’ve made them for years. The times I’ve called and visited have been close to their closing time. I was told, on each occasion, that they did not make the energy bowls. It seems to me that the employees wanted to go home instead of fulfilling their duties. I’ll try again… in the middle of the day. *crossing fingers*

I’ve been to this location multiple times(6 – 8) now and EVERY time ive walked up to the cashier area it seems like no one cares that I’m there. After I make eye contact with an employee they finally ask what I want. Personally, I don’t like the customer service. Ive worked at multiple customer service based jobs and I would never treat a customer the way that they do. Theres no personality here. I understand that they may be making another persons drink, but you could at least acknowledge that you see me there with a «hey, I’ll be right with you,» or something like that. The drinks are always excellent however which is why this is not a 1 star review. TL;DR: Poor customer service, great drinks.

I usually don’t go to jamba juice since it’s loaded with LOADS of sugar but I opted for a wheatgrass shot and WOW it was the best tasting wheat grass I have ever had! The one in san jose located on tully and capitol was bitter and strong that I couldn’t finish. This was pleasant and easy going down(THANKFULLY down the right pipe) =D

I forget that this Jamba even exist. It wasn’t until I came into Safeway one day on accident that I remembered they were there. That has NEVER happened after Jaky and another gentleman made my drinks. Both employees are polite and make delicious drinks. Love this location and the staff. I do agree with the other review by Gilbert. The staff does tend to get overwhelmed when it gets busy. BUT in their defense and having experience working at two different types of Starbucks based on traffic… it could be that that location doesn’t get busy enough. I work in the Bay Area and every single time no matter what time of day I go into Safeway and there’s a Jamba I kid you not there’s a line or some sort of traffic. All in all great staff and location.

While working in Tracy and feeling like the Flu was trying to get me down I stopped by Jamba in Tracy for some Immunity!!! WOW, Jackie is not good for business!!! (had to take a star off because of her attitude) The young tall guy who actually made my Jamba was super polite and very efficient!!! Delicious and healthy I was feeling better in no time. Thanks, Jamba

This branch is nicely located in the Safeway Grocery store which could get very hectic very quickly. Nice thing about this is that they provide rewards based on your Safeway card so that you can get free Jamba juice when you reach a certain amount of purchase. Our kids love Jamba juice and it’s healthy for them. Having this location in a grocery store is also a huge perk as the kids could have something healthy while the parents are shopping. So why only three stars. I think that there’s a problem with the management of this branch or the training. The workers in this outfit look like chickens that are running around without their heads on when it gets a bit busy for them. They lack team work in comparison to the regular Jamba juice in Tracy. We once waited in line for 15 minutes when there was only 4 groups in line. The first group ordered two drinks, the second was another two drinks, the third only ordered one, and we ordered two. So why the long wait? There was only one worker at that time named Marcus A. and even if he had 4 blenders, he would take an order, take the payment, then prep, and he will then blend. So even if there were available blenders, he couldn’t multi-task in terms of processing the orders. What he would do instead while the drinks were mixing was he would wipe the counters. So why did we wait for that long anyways? I wanted to show my young daughter how inefficient he was. I whispered my apologies to her for the long wait and explained why there will be a long wait and I wanted her to analyze what was happening. Good product and health drink but their process needs to be more streamlined. I see this as lost productivity for an excellent area and product offering.
