This place is a joke! I called at 8:55 and said I’m 2 min away and desperately needed this part they said you have 2 min. I arrived at 8:58 to a locked door (there suppose to close at 9) and the guy just looked at me on the other side of the glass, smiled and shook his head no! All I can say is wow! What a shitty work ethic!

Wow! Excellent service! I went to buy wiper blades and the young man that helped me was so kind! He informed me of their specials and even replaced my blades for me! Thank you!!!

They didn’t have a license frame kit I need for my truck, service a little slow. I’m a woman n a man world. We understand guys u may not like us in ur world but make room :) we we know a little about cars, trucks and you !!!

Needed to replace my car battery. I was flat out lied to that my battery was no longer holding any charge. The man told me it wasn’t even showing on his reader. Then, of course the only battery in stock was over 200 dollars. I started my car (amazing as he’d just told me it was completely dead) and went elsewhere.

Typical O’riellys auto parts store, you could say is Par for the course.

Great store.
I found and ordered parts I needed for my «Rafla» (Urban Dictionary the word) on the Kragen Stores website and opted for the in-​store pick-​up since I had never ventured inside to check it out.
A few hours after placing my order, I got an emailing advising me my items were ready for pick-​up. The email explained I needed to present my receipt and ID at the counter and my item would be handed to me.
The next afternoon, I headed to Kragen. When I arrived at the counter, I was helped by a young lady who looked over both my receipt and ID then, disappeared to the back of the store.
When she returned, she had my parts in hand. After having me sign for the pick-​up, I surprised when she asked me if I needed help installing my items (Windshield Wipers and a replacement Head Light). Thinking she was going to send me next door to Brake Masters, I asked her how long it would take. Surprise number two occurred when she said «It will take me two minutes.»
After accomplishing me to the parking lot and my car, I watched in disbelief was this young lady took off my old parts and replaced them with the new ones purchased. And, just as promised, she was done fairly fast.
Never have visiting the store before this day, Kragen now has a new fan and customer.

There’s nothing special about this place but I will say the guy at the counter was helpful. I used their website to determine which brake pads to purchase and the guy at the counter pointed out the pads the website suggested were meant for a coupe not a sedan. Double check with the guys there.
