Great food, great service and great prices! I am in here or getting take out from here at least once a week. I love the combination plate options and you get a lot of food. Their hot and sour soup is great, I’ve never had to add anything to it. They also have a full service, sit down restaurant down the street.

Best place to get outstanding to go Chinese food. Recipes are great and prepared to perfection with healthy ingredients. Cindy is great owner that will always work hard to please you. This is my families #1 place for Chinese food in Tracy. Try their soups also they are outstanding!!! :-)

This place used to be wok in (my fav) and although I was disappointed they retired I hope them the best. Ok so the mandarin villa express was OK in my opinion nothing like the old place. It’s been their sense ’92 that’s what I was used to and couldn’t get over the change thought it was nothing special

Fresh tasting, fast and delicious! Had the $ 8.95 dinner choosing cream cheese puffs, lemon chicken and bbq chow mein. Although there was no traceable amount of lemon flavor in my lemon chicken it had a honey flavor and perfect crunch. The other adults had honey shrimp and kung pao chicken. An order of hot and sour soup started our meal as an extra.
Loved that it all was fresh tasting – no day-​old taste here! Between our 3 meals we had enough left to take home for the 4th person.
This is the 2nd location, where all of their takeout is prepared. Enough seating for 10 – 12 people. Go to their other location for more seating.

I have been coming here with my grandparents since I was a small child. I will never stop adoring the authentic Chinese food and experience we get here. The food is amazing! Make sure you try to the fried green beans! Yum!

Meh. Food is typical for express restaurants — edible but that’s it. If you want better food go to the main one at grant line. Lady at counter was friendly though.

Ok, I know you guys are serving lunch special, doesn’t mean that the quantity has to be so little. Forget about the quantity, the kung pao chicken was basically just steam chicken with vegetables with absolutely no flavor and generic kung-​pao ingredients. The egg fried rice was nothing special, but the bbq chow mein was good and 2 $ extra for 4 shrimps doesn’t make any sense either. The saving grace was fried prawns (Tempura). Above all the food pictures in Unilocal are also misleading probably folks got confused with the parent location and express. Overall, a not so nice experience as food was not as expected. Probably it was an off day just after christmas, so they do get one more star as benefit of doubt.

Great food. Almost perfect. The only thing I dont like is they charge an extra $ 2 for their special for 1 at dinner time for the same (but still generous) portions.
Update. Dinner is the same price now. Up to 5 stars!

Delicious Chinese food with an elegant modern delivery. Decent portion for the price. Ordered general tso chicken, but pretty sure it’s just orange chicken. That being said, I found it very lovely and flavorful. Came with two egg rolls and bbq beef chow mein. Very cute fork, fortune cookie, napkin, soy sauce bundle. I miss Wok In lunch special, but this is promising.

It’s 9:05 pm 12÷11÷15 I’m in the restaurant as I’m writing this. This place is off the hook the best Chinese food I ever had ever. I chose the dinner special with Mongolian beef pork fry rice an two egg rolls an the price is not bad at all very worth it. The dinner special with a drink I spent under $ 11.00

I am happy that this place is near my work! The food is made fresh and tasty! For only $ 8.95 you get an appetizer, main sish and side. My choices were all good-​orange chicken, egg rolls and fried rice. Clean interior. Recently updated.

Stopped by to grab something to go. I ordered Hot and Sour soup and Beef chow fun. Both are excellent soup was exactly what I was wanting. The beef chow fun is excellent as well. Service was amazing the woman that helped me was extremely friendly. Waited maybe 7 min. Tastes as good as it looks too !

Went this week food was cooked to order and was way more than i could eat I love the order process of picking between 3 sections of items.
I loved the fried shrimp hot fresh and tasty. The fried rice was also very good i got the teriaki chicken and liked it all.
