Subway

I took my girls in for lunch today. On ordered a kids meal and the other ordered a 6″. The ordering went good. Wile checking us out the lady asks «any thing else?». I told her no, that’s it. Wile starting to walk away my daughter asked, «wear is the watch in the sign?». So I sit and wait wile they cash another customer out and after ask «shouldn’t she get a watch with the kids meal?» She said, «I asked if you’d like anything else». So heads up, if you expect to get the treat for your child when you order orders kids meal you better ask for it before you pay. After I left I also noticed they over charged me for my sandwich. I got a 6″ & she charged me for a foot long… I went back and they gave me my $ 2.xx back… just crappy customer relations service.

So went there 2 days in a row because I do like the food but the customer service sucks. I want to tell the older lady to smile once in a while she might get a tip. She acts like I am bothering her when I place my order. I think her name is Ruby.
Guess it’s time to find a new subway.

I love subway but the workers here really don’t want your business. Every time I have walked In the two girls are always on their phone and seem inconvenienced that you are there and that they need to make food for you. They don’t honor the store promotions and they almost always make your sandwich wrong. And if you tell them about their mistake, you will get an eye roll. I just started going to Togos they are a little more pricy but always happy to take your business!

Went there today for lunch. No customer service at all. The bread for my sandwich was so grose. It tasted like it was baked a week ago and was so dry. Not coming here again. This was my second time at this location the first time was like this too. Never again!

Went in to Subway last night to get a foot long roast beef sandwich. The female making my sandwich kept sneezing and wiping her nose on her sleeve. Disgusting to say the least. If you’re sick stay home!

The place is spacious and always clean. And the server is always friendly. I only had an issue with one of them but we don’t see her often and i don’t think its fair for me to down rate the business for one bad experience. Overall the food is always fresh, which is what really counts :)

In an area surrounded by a ton of greasy fast food places, Subway is a healthy quick alternative. And since this is so close to home, I’m here several times a week!
This particular location has a bit of employee turnover, however, there are two or three ladies I have seen working there for over three years. And man, do they ever know me!
The food is fresh, and if the person working isn’t too new, the lines move along at a reasonable rate. Of the hundreds of times I’ve been there, I cannot remember one time where an order has not been correct, even with multiple sandwich orders and crazy picky eaters in my family (tuna with shredded cheese and mayo!!!). Their menu seems to be constantly expanding, too, so there’s always something new to try.
Most fun thing here is to people watch. Tracy has some characters living here, and I’m on the border of a sketchy part of town, so I’ve seen everything from a nice big family fresh outta church to a homeless guy counting out pennies for his meal. The ladies behind the counter don’t discriminate and I’ve NEVER seen them be rude.

would not order sandwiches here.

I don’t even know what to say. I stood in line for 20 minutes behind two people who had one sandwich each. Im sorry, you’ll have to speed it up a bit.

This shop is pretty much my second home. On almost any day of the week, between noon and one, you can find me & my husband here. Thursday is my favorite day, because all the women working behind the counter understand how to make a sandwich :)
There have only been a handful of times that the tomatoes have been a little mushy, but other than that, delicious! :D
Subway, I love you so.

Six inches of simple satiety. Sometimes, several hours go by and normal, bodily sensations take over what naturally should occur. There is a system of sequential relations that need servicing regardless of real desire. Sometimes, sophistication and substance is sacrificed for simple gratification.

First of all, I used to go here all the time with my boyfriend to grab a quick lunch. I understand if it gets busy they need to speed up the service. HOWEVER, one day it was only me and my boyfriend. this girl and some new guy were basically rushing us to get out of there so they can hang out in the back. It seemed that way because this girl grabbed everything too fast and didn’t give me a chance to answer her question on what I wanted on my sandwich. When I asked for it to be toasted she rolled her eyes while she put my sandwich in the oven, and took it out before the timer went off. so it wasn’t even warm. I hated how she did my sandwich.
My boyfriend’s sandwich was another story; this new guy basically grabbed his sandwich and asked him what he wanted on it and before he could answer he just put everything on it. Ex: «do you want mayonasse?» (no) *puts mayo all over sandwich*.
I try not to go back especially if I see that person working there.
