Arby’s

«over stuffed is an understatement»… I’ve seen more meat in the dollar menu at McDonald’s. Little more than a 6″ sub from subway and id honestly consider that the better value, and i hate subway. Very disappointed in the amount of meat in this especially for the money. See attached photo.

Food is always fresh, made to order, not under a heat lamp. Top notch for an Arbys

Best Arby’s we’ve been to for a while. Food was fresh, curly fries crispy & soda just right bubbly. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Service was prompt & friendly.
This is how fast food should be done & now the road trip can resume. Great job!

Did a run through the drive through — two meals w/​drinks. discovered in the parking lot that one of the two meals was not made correctly. returned to the drive through window and asked the employee to look at the order ticket and then examine the meal. expectation stated that we would like a new sandwich. Employee /​chef /​grill person proceeded to remove and add ingredients to the sandwich rather than remake. Rejected sandwich #2 and reminded them that we asked for a new sandwich. Not clear if this was a combinations concern or an employee who was having a bad day.
Wrote to corporate with the same basic note as above, along with some suggestions. What would make a real difference is the response that comes back from Corporate.

This is a classic Arbys been around forever. Never really had any issues. Good food at a decent price. Something different from every other burger joint.

We just stopped in and went through the drive thru for some supper and we got the regular arbys sandwich with curly fries and the drive thru lady was very friendly and the food was excellent!

I’ve been to this location several times and decided it’s time for a quick review.
I like their turkey reuben w/​o sauce– the bread is always soft and tasty. My most recent visit was today 12÷12÷14. I had an anniversary coupon which meant a free classic roast beef with the purchase of a beverage. I decided to go inside instead of the drive thru which is my usually method. I asked if she would take the dollar amount of the coupon off of a turkey reuben instead– she said yes and gave me $ 3 off my sandwich.
The interior was nicely decorated for the holidays and appeared clean.
I checked my sandwich before leaving and it was correct so on my merrily way I went.
I have no complaints about this location and will most likely return when a craving for a tasty turkey reuben strikes.

Not so pleasant customer service. But the manager is nice and I go through the drive through and it’s not like I have to interact with other employees much.
The food is great it better than other fast foods because it’s not greasy like the others.

I will NEVER go to arby’s in tracy again as long as they charge for extra ketchup and arbys sauce!!! expect to pay for extra sauce if one packet isnt good enough for you… EFF this place!

This is the Arby’s I always stop at if I am driving from out of town and I skipped dinner. (Which is often). The manager (who I think might actually be the owner) provides excellent customer service. It is a chain so the prices are fair. The décor is totally 80’s but I don’t care at 9PM when I’m hungry… LOL the best part is it is clean. In this part of town where there are a lot of people stopping from freeway drives it is hard to find a clean bathroom. This place has got it!!! So for a clean potty break and a good roast beef sand-​which this is the place to go! :)

The French dip is amazing! The manager is always really nice and friendly.

I go here about once a week for the past couple of months, there has never been a problem with my order & it is always made fresh. Service is very friendly & the guy that looks like he is the owner is very nice.
They accept any coupons I have tried to use with no hassle.
Soda is always tasting good.
One of the only problems is it is in kind of an awkward location.

Have not been to an Arby’s in a long time and was very impressed with this location as we were passing through Tracy. Very clean, many menu options beyond their trademark roast beef sandwiches and a really nice manager.
Struck us that the manager, who was manning the counter, was really in sync with the cook on the other side of the wall. Real team work in action.
We were glad that we stopped.

I’m surprised Arby’s hasn’t closed down yet. They don’t seem to get many customers nowadays. We just happened to pass through. But, a pat in the back to the employees of this branch. They still manage to keep busy and look alive even though the ambiance is depressing.

i’d like it to be known that unless you count in & out (which i don’t) i no longer eat fast food. not because i don’t want to, because believe me, i kind of always do, but because i am trying out this little thing called Not Being Fat (which is SORT OF working, but not totally).
even before i was off the fast food, i was also off of arby’s. mostly because i don’t know where one is nearby.
needless to say, after five years, this shit was just perfect. i mean, perfect in that it tasted exactly like i knew it would, and how i wanted it to. perfect is not to say, however, that it didn’t make me feel kind of nasty afterwards.
