Subway

Usually this place is ok, but last time I went the service wasn’t good at all. The lady was just throwing items on my sandwich, without paying any attention. She was in such a hurry she left the paper on one of the cheese slices and didn’t realize it until I told her. And when I paid for it I said I wanted to do debit but she swiped it and did credit anyways. When I told her I didn’t want to do that she lied to me and said they can’t do debit. If you can’t do debit why do you have the PIN pad you liar! I can say I’m fairly disappointed.

Their toppings always looks bad while I’m standing in line at Charley’s and they don’t change gloves after handling various meats.

Went there today and wanted to use my discount card I got from a high school fundraiser. The person who was helping me showed it to I’m thinking the manager and she said I couldn’t use it there even though it clearly said «at ANY location! She was rude, we went next door to Charley’s. Won’t be going there ever again

It’s amazing that this place is still open here. Their service is the worst I have even seen at an place. It’s an inconvenience to order anything and the people that were here serving, disappeared when we showed up. It took about 5 – 7 mins for them to come out of the back to help us. Bottom line, this place sucks!

You call this a sandwich shop?! This place is nothing at all but a rusty old part of the mall that’s completely infested with COCKROACHES! Yeah that’s right, I said it, COCKROACHES! C-​O-​C-​K-​R– well you get it. I am sorry but the last time my dad and I went there, an insect crawled all over our sandwich while the lady was still making it! The lady saw the cockroach, looked at it, and continued to make my sandwich! I couldn’t believe it! Here’s what happened…

Really guys, come on! Are you serious?!
This is insane! Do a better job!

Tried to stop by while working, on the way to the bay area. It was getting late. Around 8:30 pm. I knew most Subways are open til at least 9. Arriving in the parking lot at 8:40, I noticed the «open» sign had been turned off. Maybe it was never on, or broken. Exited my truck, and went to the door of the store to find it locked. The sign on the window said they were open til 9. It was 8:45 now. 2 employees inside, one closing down a cash register, looked at me as I wiggled the locked door, then went back to what she was doing. Wtf. I left & immediately called the store. I asked what time they were open til. Employee said 9. I told her I wanted to order a sandwich to go. Instead of taking my order, she stuttered, mumbled something & said that they were closed already. I told her it was only 8:40 & she informed me «no, its 8:45». Nice. So she hesitantly offered to make the sandwich. Too late, I’m already driving away. Customer lost.

I’ve been to this subway before and it was ok. However when I went yesterday morning a little after 10 :30 am to get a sandwich I was rudely told they were not open yet. Both restaurants on either side were open for business and the mall had been open for awhile. You would think that if someone wanted to compete for my hard earned cash they would get there early enough to get the food stuffs ready. Oh well. The subway in the home depot center will now get my business. Plus nobody likes to pay the amount they want for soda refills.

The people that work here are the worst. They don’t honor there tv ads any foot long for $ 5 in February. they wanted to charge me $ 7.51 for a club. They also want to charge extra for refills. Be careful they will rip you off. This is one subway I will never go to again… worst service ever!!!
