I don’t generally write reviews but felt this one was most definitely needed. I came in here a few days ago looking to find the perfect shirt that I felt hot and confident in. I had the best customer service I have ever had in any retail store. Stacy is a total gem! Super sweet, and extremely helpful. She greeted me promptly upon entering the store and worked with me to find the perfect top :) thanks again!

I usually get greeted within 10 seconds of walking in. The customer service is always friendly and helpful. Decent size clearance section, that’s majority of the time organized as best ad could be. However, the Torrid name has lost their edgy style and is now competing with Lane Bryant. Bummer… :(

They have a lot of clearance items on their racks unlike the Stoneridge store and their customer service has been a lot friendlier then tha tof the Stoneridge store and for that reason I am giving them 5 stars. I’ve never had a bad experience here.

While I like Torrid stores because they have things in my size, I’m not so sure how thrilled I am with THIS Torrid. They have more of the cute and frilly side of Torrid and less of the «Edge”/Goth type stuff. I am usually forced to visit the Torrid in Pleasanton to get what I am looking for. As for customer service, I think I MIGHT get acknowledged when I enter the store. but that is about it. If you’re looking for cute frilly stuff go to the Tracy store. If you’re looking for things in their «Edge» line I would suggest visiting Pleasanton.
