I simply love this store. It is my favorite NY&C location by far. Always receive great customer service when I’m here.

Went in to the store to pay my bill. I was talking to the sales lady and put my wallet and sunglasses on the counter next to me. Someone stoled them and I asked for help from the sales lady’s that were working and they wouldn’t help at all. They just sat there with doing nothing. I was very upset by this. I called and left messages for the corporate office to call me but haven’t heard back yet. I feel they just don’t care about there customers and our feeling

Listen to all of your inner voices in your head… Go somewhere else if you are looking for ANY sort of customer service! It was so horrific that I ended up returning my purchases due to being utterly pissed off by the lack of professionalism and abundance of bitchiness. Not only were we never greeted, never helped, we were treated like trash… From the lady that rang me up to the lady that appeared to be in charge. No thanks! Never again!

Several years ago I shopped this store regularly; however, when they discontinued the cut of pants that fit me I didn’t have much reason to go back. I decided to try it again last night and found that not only have they not brought back «my» pants, but they forgot what customer service is all about. Several years ago the sales ladies were overwhelmingly helpful and knowledgeable. Today these clerks couldn’t tell a customer if they carried something if the article of clothing was sitting on the rack in front of them.
After spending about 15 minutes looking around I sought out a sales clerk. When I asked about the pants he apologized saying he was new and still learning the merchandise; that he would ask another clerk. It quickly became apparent she hadn’t been there long either and turned to the manager. The manager brusquely answered my questions and only when I pressed her to help me look for what New York & Co offers curvy women did she come out from behind the counter. She picked up one pant and held it up saying that was all they had to offer. As it didn’t even come close to what I was asking for, my frustration with her became evident. I wandered the store a little more and found «Curvy style» crops by the front door. Apparently she isn’t aware of her stock.
New York & Co is a premium brand that relies on customer service to move its merchandise. Apparently this is the new norm for the Tracy branch. I recommend anyone who likes New York & Co clothing to find another location to shop because this one will make you never want to set foot in another New York & Co store. I certainly won’t.

Its been said before and I experienced it — POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
No one came to ask me if I needed help, when I went to look for someone to help me, they said they were busy and would come back to me after browing around for 10 minutes and getting no help, i walked out… needless to say empty handed…
