I usually never give bad reviews unless I had a really bad experience which was today, so I order my pizza (delivered)and other things at 10:19 and I receive a message with the confirmation stating the pizza will be delivered at 10:49, I patiently waited till 11:09(my daughter is really craving the pizza but is super tired) I called to see what’s going on and the lady I spoke to tell me they cancel my order and they tried calling me to let me know (seriously) no phone call from them, I asked the reason for cancellation, she says we don’t have any drivers that if I want my pizza I had to go get (there’s a reason why I asked for it to be delivered). This is the first and last time I order from this place I should have read the previous reviews :/​before

Pizza is not good at all! Go to Little Cesar’s down the street. Way better than this place. Came home starving, had a slice and it was still gross. It’s probably just this location, because PH at other places didn’t seem to taste like this.

This place does not deserve any stars AT ALL! Was 30 minutes late delivering and still cancelled without notice. «Apparent store manager”(Kyle) said he did not care anymore and was being rude. He didn’t know where the driver was even though we weren’t even 5 minutes away.(with a house full of children) Continued to argue in the duration of the 30 minutes of trying to find said delivery driver, managed to get my money back, but (kyle) kept arguing that my phone number was a fake. Worse customer service I have ever witnessed. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, unless you want to argue with the workers. Dropped the price after everything for 2 pizzas for $ 8, would you trust it?

Please Please stay away from this horrible place all the reviews are nothing but the truth! I placed my order online, I called and verify my order and they still canceled my order. The staff is very unprofessional and extremely rude! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from Pizza Hut. They don’t even deserve that «one» star.

Adam, or Alex, whatever his name is was very rude and short with me. I have ordered from him before and they have delivered to us. I make it online and all of a sudden they can’t deliver to us. I find his attiude to be rude and very short. I would not recomend this place for anyone. Don’t go here for your services.

I just bought a large pepperoni stuffed crust and I am extremely disappointed. The dough doesn’t look like it’s cooked enough, and it’s oddly paper thin. Even more disappointing were the wings. I ordered medium buffalo wings and they do not look edible. The wing itself looks like it did not come from an animal more like some mutant lab created animal imitation. I ordered 16 and I cannot eat not one of them. And the sauce is just plain nasty. I ordered from here because I thought quick and cheap but I paid $ 29 and some change for this disaster. I have ordered from other pizza huts before and was never this disappointed. I honestly would have been better off with little cesars and thats saying something. The pizza taste like microwavable pizza. Never again.

I ordered a pizza online around 6:30 then when to pick up at the scheduled time. Was told our pizzas would only be a few more minuets. Then at 8:00 was told that our order was nowhere to be found. The place is so disorganized and dysfunctional. I’m surprised that they can still be open. They quickly just pushed us to a refund without any offers with our order or anything to bring us in at a later time. There was plenty of people there to work and get the enough desired pizzas out but there las lack in hustle in the crew and atmosphere. And a extreme lack of communication. Never agin. Very disappointed that I have to leave one star they don’t deserve it.

Really disappointed today/​tonight with PH. The delivery time took about 2 hours and my two large pizza’s were cold. It was quite a somber mood eating those slices that tasted like yesterday’s leftovers. I called and gave the manager/​supervisor a piece of my mind and was rewarded nicely. After my next order which will be on them, I will hang up my pizza hut gloves and order elsewhere. Sorry pizza hut, you just didn’t make the cut this time.

Always gets my order right and their pizza is always amazing. The con is that there is very limited parking and the pizzas take about 25 minutes to make, but it’s well worth the wait in the car.

Recently moved to Tracy from Stockton where the Pizza Hut on Perishing has the Worst customer service and pizza!
Ordered online from this location for carry out twice within one week of living here (½ off med pizza first order and free stuffed pizza rollers second order).
Both times the orders were ready at the designated times and were DELICIOUS! I love their hand tossed crust (never greasy), sauce & plentiful toppings.
I may prefer local pizza joints BUT this is a solid choice when I want pizza from a chain.
Maybe the negative reviewer’s should give this place another try and pick up their order instead of doing delivery.
I find it funny it’s located next to Dominos but each would have it’s loyal supporters.
Thank you Pizza Hut– don’t change and you’ll have a loyal customer.
BTW an employee named Chris provided me with great customer service when I called with a question about my online order on 1÷16÷14.

Again, the Tracy location messed up our pizza order. Same pizza every time, yet 9⁄10 times they make it incorrectly. Last time it took 5hrs and 4 pizzas and we gave up. After the 4th try we told them we didn’t want the pizza. That was 6 months ago. Today we ordered the same pizza, same problem. There is no quality management at this location.

I ordered the Box Deal meal for the family after watching the ad during the game. It definitely looked appetizing and looked like it can feed a family of 5, so I ordered it through the web and got a confirmation that it would be delivered in 40 minutes.
An hour later, called and was on hold for 5 minutes. I finally spoke to a young lady and ah confirmed my order had left awhile ago and should arrive very soon.
20 minutes later I called back and asked to speak to a manager, a young man said he was the manager and said the order just left? I said that’s not what was told to me earlier and he said, sorry she is a new employee and gave me the wrong info. I asked is there anything that he can do for me for my frustration and he said he can give me $ 5 off on my next order?
I told him just cancel my order because I am not happy with this service why would I ever order from Pizza Hut again!
Called Milano’s pizza and had a great pie delivered within 30 minutes!
