Great store, clean and excellent service. Food and products are a bit overpriced compared to other locations but it’s hard to find a place as good as this in Tracy.
It’s well maintained and clean making it easy to find what you need. Highly recommended.

This is the 2^nd time I’ve bought food here and it’s expired, the first time was their bean dip which I took to work and one of my co workers noticed mold in it! And this time I got some yogurt, drove all the way home to find out expiration date was January 2016, nothing more irritating than having a long day at work and trying to enjoy a healthy snack to find out I have to drive back to the store just to get different ones, no accommodations whatsoever for the trouble.

Very clean, huge, everything is fresh and nicely presented.
Staff is very nice and helpful, bathrooms super clean as well.
Prices are fair and they have great sales going on.
Plenty of easy parking, great hours, best grocery store in the area!

Although I only try and come here for 1 or 2 things since rayleys is so pricey but I went there today because it’s close to my house and I was too lazy to drive any further lol. Got a sandwich from the deli lady who helped me her name was Liz. Great customer service and very friendly. Sandwich was pretty good too. Not a fan of their Chinese food always seems way to over cooked (crunchy orange chicken) but they have a great craft beer selection can’t wait until they come out with the beer sale where h buy 3 6 packs and get the 4^th one for a penny

Usally, I have a 3 – 4 star experience with eCart service. Tonight, thanksgiving eve, I am very disappointed. Placed order online at 6, with an 8:30 pick up time. Arrived, no communication through eCart callbox, called store, after about ten minutes was on my way in and clerk came out to say the order was not pulled due to staff miscommunication. So order was going to be another 30 minutes. Went inside and pulled my own order in 15 minutes while seeing clerk take her time. This is a mistake that should never have happened. Lack of communication is inexcusable.

Raley’s is a great grocery store. Always so clean and stocked. They offer a nice variety of organic and natural foods. And i love the Raley’s Dailies deals, like milk for $ 2.70 .what a great deal! But the real reason i am writing this review is for the bakery. In Tracy, CA we do not have private bakeries, the only options are store bakeries with the same cakes and pies. Raley’s bakery offers a very nice selection of baked goods. The cakes, cupcakes and pie look so fancy and the artisan breads are really yummy. My favorite is the garlic sourdough loaf. Today i had a sample of Raley’s Pumpkin Swirl Cheesecake. It was amazing! Best thing i’ve tried in a while. That pie will definitely be making an appearance at my table this Thanksgiving. Thank you to the kind baker who offered the samples!
P. s. Try their Deli too, you won’t be disappointed!

This Raley’s is surprisingly big and well-​stocked. It’s similar to the Modesto store on Floyd Avenue.
While the prices aren’t cheap, I find them lower than Save Mart. The trouble is that Raley’s has to compete with Target, Walmart, and Dollar General for my grocery money.
Service is always friendly, and I’ve been here more than a few times for Peet’s.

Great store. They have made some changes since first opening in Tracy but I think for the better. Produce is fresh, meat selection is great. Bakery has some great items. Deli is good but Safeway is still better. Staff is great and usually helpful.

I love everything about this store! It’s always clean, excellent customer service, but most of all I love their fresh produce!!!

All the pharmacy techs are wonderful! We’ve never had a bad experience. The techs will call the doctors office/​insurance when needed to be your advocate!

Great addition to Tracy! Great produce selection, friendly produce staff! Was introduced to a new apple variety by one the Produce guys! Good selection of meats and fish. The staff is always friendly and speedy at check out. My only call out would be that the cashiers tend to chat with each other before greeting you. Almost as an after thought.

Raley’s is one of America’s Top 10 supermarkets, says Consumer Reports, with special mentions for «fresh» (top in nation!), cleanliness and friendly staff. If you shop the sales and store brands, Raley’s is not so expensive. Their goal is to be 1 percent less than Safeway. I suspect that is true overall.
I was one of the first people in the store when it opened and consider many of the staff to be good friends. Raley’s is a hugs-​and-​handshakes place that also happens to have wonderful produce (Hi Mark and Gareth!) great baked goods (Elizabeth!) very good deli (Bridget!) and is very well managed by TPD VIP Dave. Heather does the flowers. I can’t list all the names here, but should mention Junior, one of the managers.
Yes, I do purchase some items at Costco (hugs and handshakes there, too) and buy pet food at Winco (another store I like). Used to shop at SaveMart but they aren’t exceptionally cheap and their stores look trashed.
Raley’s and Costco are my two favorite places to shop.

I love this place.
Never any homeless around or wierd looking people and the prices aren’t even that bad.
The food is always fresh. I just always love coming here.

Grab and go’s are good. Everything is well organized, worth the trip when I visit favorite family members.
Their seasonal magazines with chock full of recipes are my favorite!

I love the $ 6 grab and go dinners! My husband and I both work full time over the altamont (Pleasanton and SF) so dinner is always a hassle after our 12+ hour commute so the fact we can get «close to home cooked» meals at a very reasonable price is a blessing. They have a good variety and they all taste amazing! Sometimes they are on sale for $ 5 so that is a steal! Customer service is awesome and everything is always neat and clean!

This place exudes cleanliness and friendly people. Produce section is always well stocked and very organized. Meat/​Deli section have fresh selection although some cuts can be very pricey. They have a chinese and japanese section here that are always ready to go, made in store. Their prices can be a little steep at times but it’s not a big deal for me since i don’t do my regular grocery shopping here and being a raley’s rewards member i can accumulate points that i can use towards savings in their store.
Their pharmarcy is also very friendly and took care of my transferred prescriptions immediately and got my meds the next day. Mary who helped me out with the process is very helpful and she took care of everything.
If you don’t have the time to go in the store to grocery shop or get things you needed personally, they offer ecart which you can order what you needed online and pick it up ready for you at the store without getting out of your vehicle. I haven’t have time to try that one yet but will definitely do one of these days.

Today is Thanksgiving day. I needed a few things, so I check online for hours open before I drive clear across town to the store. The website says they’re open until 11pm. So, I do drive across town just to find out that they’re closed. Nice going Raley’s, not only you’re the most expensive store in town, you mislead your customers too. 1 star is too much for you.

The store is clean, most of the cashiers and baggers are friendly, but the check-​out lines are… so…slow…
Cashiers seem to converse for a long time with certain customers without continuing the checkout process, therefore causing a delay in the line.
The managers mostly seem annoyed to be there and the prices are relatively high (although this is CA everything is ridiculous here so no shock there).
So, overall it’s not bad just needs to be a bit speedier and it probably wouldn’t hurt the managers to smile a bit more. On a side note Ron is super friendly and always looks happy to be there.

This place is so far from my house.
I try to make it here for small groceries because the organic selection is amazing. Probably the largest in town you can get. Everyone who works here has been super friendly and helpful. Even the deli is worth eating.

Raley’s is a nicer chain and this location is clean and well stocked.
I would never buy produce or dairy here b/​c it’s overpriced and can be bought much cheaper at my favorite farm stand or other grocery stores. I have purchased meat and alcohol here when the price is right.
I like their rewards card b/​c they will sometimes send you free offers.
The cashiers are friendly and the lines move quickly WHEN they have enough lanes open.
