Round Table Pizza

Service was slow, and the pizza here is like no other round table ive ever been to. I think they cheap out on their cheese and use some low grade bargain stuff because the cheese is very thin and stringy. Not like the luscious gooey cheese at other round tables. Color and flavor is off too. Aside from that, i ordered it with extra cheese and got a pizza with so little on it that i could see down to the bread. I asked for a new one and they brought another one out and it was no different. I think the cheap cheese they use bakes down to nothing when cooked. It’s all grease. See photo. Hopefully they fix this issue. Not what i expected. Definitely the stereotypical franchise issue.

If you don’t want you pizza until tomorrow then come here. This place has the worst customer service ever. We waited over half an hour past the time they said the pizza would be done.

Graduation night I order pizza using online order create your own half combo the other half pepperoni. 52 min later After Martin Perez Lopez calls me and says we are short a driver but he should be at my house soon. 10 minutes more and he drops off a medium cheese pizza. He says he is the manager yet after being late and bringing the wrong pizza, he offers zero accommodations. He was rude and never apologized. Can’t wait to speak to the owner. Just some advice, customer service is horrible and I do not recommend this location. Also the cheese pizza had zero sauce.

Never again! Walked in at 9:02 and was constantly told how they close at 10 and then whole time we had poor service with a side of attitude! NEVER AGAIN! RUDE RUDE RUDE

Pizza is always delicious. Customer service is the worst. I understand when someone is new and lacks customer service, but when you receive horrible customer service from the ASSISTANT MANAGER… That’s when the line stops. Never have I been to a restaurant to spend my money on quality food and received disgusting service. Mariah «assistant manager» as she claims to be is beyond rude. Been going here for years and every time I encounter her she is rude. She has no customer service. But tonight did it for us. Def won’t be going back. Sucks to let one person take that away, but I’ll never let someone treat me or anyone that way she did tonight. She’s rude, disrespectful, & worst of ALL knows that she is and is proud of it. I respectfully refused to be helped by her because of how rude she was being and all she said was «well I’m the assistant manager, I can do what I want and I’m the only one that will hand you cheese and peppers, so would you like some or not» I was in utterly shock. She said this in front of a lot of people too like she doesn’t care at all about customers. If the owner Farzin sees this and doesn’t do anything about it it’s a shame because she’s causing his business to drop and fail. I’m one of the 50 people that won’t eat there again. It would be the saddest thing if action isn’t taken. I’d hate to see your business fail sir! Good luck with whatever decision you make.

I love their pizza. I order skinny crust with the creamy garlic sauce it’s really good!

Come here every so often when I get my deals text to me very cool place literally air condition around so it’s cool in the inside very clean most employees are very friendly

Round Table always hits the spot… Over the years I’ve had everything on the menu. Today I ordered to go at lunch break. I ordered online to save time. The total was 16.99 for a small. Within minuets Round Table called and said the pizza I ordered was on special today 18.99 for a large would you like to change your order? I said yes. Thoght that was kool since I had no idea about the deal. Had the new advertised Sausage & Sweet Peppers Specialty Pizza. It was everything I expected from Round Table. Great customer service at a fairly new and we’ll keept location.

HORRIBLE timing with online ordering. Placed my order online, 5:41PM. Delivery time estimate 6:26PM. It’s now 6:50 PM and the order will not be here for possibly another 20 minutes. I’m told the reason for delay is the cashiers up front enter incoming web site ordering. If they’re busy the online orders take longer. Makes no sense!
It’s unfortunate because Round Table has great food but this is ridiculous.

Great service… not really. After spending a good time telling my address to naglee road round table pizza through the phone I get told to call this pizza store for them to tell me they couldn’t do it too and they will give me naglee road number again. I just want to oder a pizza! Why is it that hard to order? Pizza is still good, there service is something left to be desire for.

Best pizza in town… You can’t get a better tasting pizza anywhere. You have to come here and try this place.

Wow what a joke California bay pizza should be here to see what a pizza take and delivery should not look like

If there was a negative thumbs down I would give it this rating! However, since the only negative experience I EVER received was from the manager P#@$$, it wouldn’t be fair to blame the others for his horrible repertoire. They screwed up my delivery and when I called back to say the extra cheese that I paid for was not on the pizza and that it was burnt black in some parts was too crunchy, he said that they did not have the capabilities to put cheese on top of my pizza and bake it. He was rude, short coming and told me that I can come pick up my pizza they delivered with their error in 10 minutes, if I wanted them to redeliver I would have to wait 2 hours. If I wanted to drive there I wouldn’t have paid extra for delivery!
He then refused to give me any contact information to give my horrific experience to His boss and then claimed he was the top owner of all Round Tables. I called the other Round Table and spoke with Ozzy Mgr there and he not only offered me a kind solution to my problem, but he offered to drive the remade pizza to my home Personally!!! I’m not even in their delivery area. Now that is a MGR!!! I felt bad to take him away on a busy Friday night considering it wasn’t even his fault to begin with. Kudos to the Round Table Mgr Ozzy. As for the other kind employees at the Tracy Blvd store, thank you all and this has no reflection on you. However I hope that I or anyone else NEVER has to deal with their MGR. He certainly didn’t manage Anything tonight but a disrespectful attitude! Even the delivery guy was apologetic and awesome, maybe He should be the manager and the other just let go. Judging by the other reviews and the same manager mentioned, he’s obviously not doing a good job!

I went here for the first and last time when I got my pizza it was cold and disgusting, my pizza pretty much tasted like trash and I’m upset I paid 26 dollars for that… horrible

Ok. Here it is a month later. Our FREE pizza the owner was kind enough to offer, to prove me wrong, that his staff could indeed take care of their customers. Well, mission FAILED! Ordered wings to see if they would get their stuff together. He (the owner) praised me on my first review, and how he was going to implement it in the training. He thinks the workers should provide the sauce for the wings, as it asks when you place the order online. Well, they did exactly the same thing again, tonight. The dude was nice, but my mouth dropped. I actually had to laugh, I told him, umm, you KNOW WHY WE ARE GETTING TIS FREE IN THE FIRST PLACE RIGHT? No, he said, but clearly his 3^rd day on the job, he said «we do not have that sauce here, YOU HAVE TO GET IT YOURSELF!». Makes me know that this IS THE WAY THEY ARE TOLD TO DO IT. You sir-​owner have changed nothing. Not a thing, clearly they are trained this way. BTW-​it is FREEZING IN YOUR RESTAUARANT I refuse to pay what they charge, if I have to get shit myself and freeze while we sit and wait over the 25 minutes for the pizza we were told would be ready by.
I gave you another chance. Thanks for the free pizza, in hopes to keep my business. If it wasn’t such a pathetic thing that just happened, I would not feel sorry for you. I do. Your employees KNEW WHO WE WERE! The manager came out to override the pizza cost. He KNEW, exactly what happened before… and yet STILL DID NOTHING TO PREVENT THE EXACT SAME THING FROM HAPPENEING AGAIN! The same girl was there and was smart enough to avoid any eye contact w/​me and ignored us entirely. Rather than DOING WHAT THEY NEGELCTED TO DO IN THE FIRST PLACE. The manager on duty was called out by my husband and he came out and even said, I know, I know this is why you got it int the first place, can I give you a 2 liter? My hubby said, yes, but your boss is still going to hear about this! He should know better, and made sure the order was COMPLETE AND NOT TO DO THE SAME THING! It is really sad, but how can you get mad at stupid? Oh, I know. Never come back again! Good luck to you and the idiots that work for you.

I am always pleased with the service and food when I come here. I especially love that they offer cartoons and little activities for kids now. I have a toddler and she love the activities too. We’ll come in more often.

Ordered in advance for 5:30 dine in, got there at 5:20 and paid. Ordered salad and pitcher of beer and was given our table market and asked to take a seat and it would all come out together. Pizza came out at 5:30 but after 25 minutes and three trips to the front counter a manager finally came out of the back room to pour the pitcher. Two big groups booked here in advance and a lack of staffing, I guess the other reviews were right in the money about this place. I suggest if you must have round table make the drive to discovery bay they actually care that you are there.

So far I haven’t had any problems with this pizza place. I was surprised that the number of starts went down. Maybe I don’t go here enough. I usually pick up my pizza. Every time I go the pizza is correct and always ready on time. I would still go to this place instead of the Round Table near the mall.

Saturday night, great customer service. Young girl with dark hair at cashier greeted us very pleasant and strikes up conversation with us. gave me discount cause I did not have coupon. We ordered then she brought me my beer at table. Salad bar was very fresh tonight. Pizza. Great pizza. Sausage, pepperoni, bacon, pineapple olives. Great food plus the giants game and a booth to sit at. Love our neighborhood round table.

Love the Pizza, of course, it’s Round Table! We have always been treated fairly and the place is always clean. The salad bar is fully stocked and fresh.
On delivery the pizzas and salads have been delivered on time! Pizzas have been warm and salads always arrive fresh. — Zero Complaints!
