Cheap good food. Excellent service. We came in party of 8 and we got seated right away. Thank you for taking care of us. My first time but won’t be my last. I don’t live in that area but if I do drive by I will def stop in.

my mom and I went to the restaurant at 12pm to get a few items to go, some wonton soup, phở and shrimp spring rolls. We left the restaurant at 12:45. We waited as we watched people who came into the restaurant after us get their food as soon as they got in. It was incredibly frustrating. I’ve been to more populated and busy restaurants and we always got our food in a reasonable amount of time. I understand that it was a weekend but being made to wait almost an hour for 3 items is beyond ridiculous. I’m really disappointed because my family goes here frequently but we’ll be taking our money elsewhere.

I used to eat here a lot until I started to notice how unsanitary they are… Make sure water is clear and clean when you’re here

First time here. The dining room is fancy just like the city of Saigon. Great service. Food came out hot and fresh. The meat is perfection, not over cooked and is fresh. A bowl of phở is like a work of art, everything about the basic #1 is anything but basic. Usually half way into a bowl of phone I’m light headed from all the msg. Cool spot for a quick phở fix!

Their Phở is the best in tracy, this is why I went back to see if they improved at all, and i can say yes, but baby steps. The phở is great and same like always, the tore up seats have been replaced in the booths, the place looks cleaner than i remember, so I will wait to go back and maybe upgrade my review then.

Came from San Jose to Tracy for valentines weekend and my boyfriend wanted some Viet food. This place is across from our hotel so why not give it a try. Everyone is very friendly and the food is amazing! Didn’t get to try a lot of what’s on the menu but they first meal is very satisfying already! Would come back here if I ever come to Tracy!

First time here, walked in and was immediately seated. I had the Won ton noodle phở and it was the best I’ve ever had. Flavorful broth and fresh veggies, my son had the chicken chow mein and it was very flavorful– a lot more flavor than just good ol soy sauce. Server was prompt and helpful with the menu. Very clean, granted its not busy now– but tables were immediately cleaned for the next guest. We will be back for sure.

Edit to my old post re: upkeep and overall atmosphere. After painting the walls, new booths and some little décor updates, I change my review to 5. Glad they upgraded the look; now it matchs the quality of the food. :-) Perfect spot.

I hate to hate, but I really hated my meal and experience. The only redeeming thing was the phở broth. I love nothing more but to support local ma and pa shops, but there has to be some effort on their part. This restaurant is fairly crowded so people do enjoy coming here. Everything just felt extremely dirty and that made the eating experience even worst. I wish I could give it a 2 but nope, a 1 you get for just being not that clean. Maybe someone will give this place an overhaul.

Hey guys so first things first Troi oi «omg» in Vietnamese lol. This place definitely was crowded. And their phở is average. Coming from Seattle. I had high expectations for this phở place here since Stockton is known pretty well for the Vietnamese population lol. But yeah. The phở was bland. And for like 6 – 7 $ I don’t think it’s worth it. Dude even the Thai tea and bubble teas we ordered were super disgusting… But I will admit that maybe in the future I’ll give this place one more chance and hopefully it will change my mind. But as of right now you’re better off eating at some other phở place lol. Yuck. So if you’re hungry and you want phở than go ahead and give this place a shot. People have different preferences and me being a native Asian I know this place isn’t for me !

Phở taste salty. Combination crispy noodles has a weird taste. & it’s a bit salty. Stockton has better Vietnamese restaurants. Although I didn’t try them, they’re egg rolls and spring rolls are 7 – 8 bucks! That’s a overpriced for what u get.

All I can say is, what happened to this place? As you can tell by my past reviews I’ve been experienced with this business. Honestly the past 3 years this restaurant went from a 5 star to a 0 star(if only that was possible). I am a firm believe in excellent customer care & professionalism. I did not experience that the past MANY visits. I went from being here 1 – 2 times a week to once a year & finally down to never returning. 1. 40 minutes after their scheduled opening time the cooks still haven’t arrived. The waitress said to me, «you know, it’s Friday. Everyone wants to take off.» I honestly would have felt better if they would have just told me there was an emergency or something. At least try & save face for their business. 2. More than a handful of times my phở came out warm. Which made it extremely difficult for my meat to cook. 3. The booths are all torn, the tables are always sticky. 4. The servers are not warm & fuzzy.(That’s putting it in a nice way)

The food is actually really tasty, however, this restaurant could really use some TLC. They need to work on few details; like cleanliness. The outside and inside windows are filthy, with finger prints and paper signs over their glass door. The booths are torn and need to be replaced. Their walls and bathroom doors have dark marks all over. Other then these few issues, the food is really well made. By the way, I recommend you bring your reading glasses, because the menu does not end. It’s excessive.

Had another«miss» here.:( Came in for a quick and quiet dinner by myself. Without even looking at me the waitress tried to seat me at a bench between two families with kids, which was not really the experience I was after. I tried to get her attention, failed, set down in a different spot. Waitress noticed me but proceeded to deliberately ignore me. I left after having been in the restaurant close to 10 minutes. They sure showed me!!:) This ties right in with the general hit and miss experience I have had at this place. :( Too bad because the food is good in general. Except for that one time a few years ago there was half of a metal staple in it…

Some days the food is alright and not excellent but on most days the food is very delicious and plentiful, the place is very clean and is a comfortable place to eat. The one waitress who does pretty much everything on the outside the kitchen is excellent at her work and so is her work ethic and customer service.

Food good, service is hit or miss. I get the#11 and shrimp spring rolls every time. I’ve tried a couple other things but I come back to my favorite #11 phở. The phở is good every time. No complaints there. The spring rolls and peanut sauce always good! The only thing is I order them with no mint leaves. Sometimes they still add the mint. I honestly think it’s a language barrier. But still the mint ruins it for me. Now the service. Hit or miss! There’s a couple younger employees that have been ok, quicker, & friendlier. A couple of them were getting used to me and recognizing me. But I don’t see them anymore. Anyways most of the time I get someone who’s inattentive, lags on refills of anything, always have to ask for napkins cause they give you only ONE and even that’s at the same time as your food. They just don’t tend to you the way a regular sit down restaurant does. Especially the older ones. I think they have a lot of the kitchen duties so it’s almost like us customers aren’t a priority but more of a hinderence to them lol. I give it 4 stars because I love the soup, I love it when I’m sick especially, I’ll keep coming back, and I hope they never close. I had it just 3 days ago but take home. Because the service lacks I usually order to take home.

The phở is a big size … However the beef and tendons were very hard and chewy … Not cooked well The broth wasn’t that great either… Lacked flavor
