They start off as being nice business owners and give you their complete attention and tell you they won’t bill you for certain things but when you get the bill they charge you for ridiculous things. So pay attention to your bill and question every charge. The owner showed up for an hour each time for three days then charged for 2 – 3 hours a day(shady). When I questioned him he thought speaking above me was going to fix the problem. The owner enjoys over charging my insurance, his solution to everything was«bill it to your insurance». Look for another company that is honest and trustworthy!

Very happy with Servpro. We had a leak over our basement from our washing machine. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Plus my wife felt confortable with the tech and process(which is what really matters).

Once again Randy at Servpro in Tracy came to our rescue. We had water leaking from a secondary washer. He answered right away and came out to assess the situation within the specified time. He made every effort to get in and out within my schedule of other commitments. I have complete confidence in him and will continue to refer and use his service again should the need arise.

We had water damage in our home and were looking for a company to do the repairs. The first company my husband found was ServPro. Their website was professional and they seemed like a reliable company so we gave them a call. My husband called the local ServPro number midday to schedule an appointment. The agent said he was at a job and for my husband to call again after work. My husband called again after work and the agent said he was still at the previous job and would come by our house in about an hour. After waiting two hours my husband called and it sounded as though the agent forgot. He said he could come right away but it was too late at night at that point. The damage was in my sons room and it was already past his bed time. The agent then said to call back tomorrow to schedule. Why he couldn’t just schedule an appointment ahead of time is beyond me. In any event, we did as instructed. My husband called the next day during his lunch to schedule and the agent asked if he was free at that moment. Seriously? Again, my husband was supposed to call back AGAIN after work but we were tired of that game and decided to just call someone else. In all honesty, even if we were able to get an appointment, we were already turned off by the way things were handled. Thanks, but no thanks!
