I came in 4:30 and no one was at the register(nor waiting for there order). I was not greeted when i wallwd in. I was not told someone would be with me. I waited a couple minutes before i was attended. My kids were with me and they went to the restroom(they said they were fairly clean.) Unfortunately i didn’t get the name of the girl that took my order but she has blonde hair and was short.(Her hair was blonder and longer than the girl working the drive thru.) Anyway she was rude, when I asked about a pasty she told me they didn’t carry them anymore as if i was supposed to know when products are switched out. I figured she was having a bad day so i was not going to Unilocal this location at all but when she forgot about one of my drinks and didn’t apologize for the extended wait nor could she even hand me my drink. She asked the girl working the coffee machine to hand it to me. Where’s the customer service at? Luckily i don’t live out here other wise I would seriously consider boycotting Starbucks. Did I mention my husband, both my boys and myself each have our own individual gold card.

So this place is very convenient, but the staff is rude and has attitude(especially inside). I ordered a tea through drive thru, waited 15 minutes to get up to the window, they forgot what I ordered, had to sit an extra 10 minutes for them to make it, and as I’m on my way home I notice a FLY chilling amongst my ice. How do you NOT notice a fly in a drink right before you put a lid on?

The staff shows no urgency. It doesn’t matter to them that the inside line is to the door or that the drive thru line is around the building and INTOTHESTREET. They are taking orders and making drinks like there is just a couple of friends waiting for their drinks so they can all hang out. The staff constantly chats with each other about non work related topics. I know way more than I ever need to about these teens and young adults and their friends. I am paying for speed, consistency, and efficiency and getting a small town soap opera instead. Someone needs to light a fire under their asses. And frankly, I’m surprised when the order actually comes out right. Location and convenience of the drive thru are the only reasons I keep coming back. I disappoint myself every time. I know better. It’s worth the drive to just go elsewhere. I will have to re-read my own review next time I think this place can pull off a simple drink order.

I’ve tried and tried to give this Starbucks chance after chance but it’s 3 strikes and they’re out. Seems like the management doesn’t have a grip on these employees. I’ve stood there waiting for them to make my coffee(no one ahead of me) only to see them chitchatting with each other, they’ve messed up drink after drink. The final straw was the drive thru guy today didn’t seem like he want to be there. He didn’t say thank you or anything. This Starbucks is convenient as its close to the freeway but I will go to the one off of Naglee Rd now.

The drive thru is coo. I get a venti iced white mocha with an extra shot. My only gripe is that the drive thru is right next to the long ass in and out line.

After posting my last review of this Starbucks the store manager reached out to me and asked me to give their store another chance. So we did. Today the service was fast, the staff was really friendly and our drinks were perfect. I really appreciate that the store manager took the time to read our reviews and remedy our past experience. I will definitely be back! Thank you for the Great service and drinks!

Even though the drive thru is convent to hit up before you get on the freeway it seems to be really slow sometimes it’s better to just walk in you get your coffee faster

Every time I come to this Starbucks, it never fails, i have the worst experience. The guy inside is the worst employee. He rushes you and if you ask for something else, he makes it seem like he’s annoyed and just doesn’t want to help. Terrible customer service. Previous times i have used the drive thru and every time no matter if there is 6 people in line or just me it takes FOREVER!!! I was there by myself in the drive through and i waited at the window for over 10 min. Awful. They are either under staffed of just bad with time management. OK, rant over. The drinks are good.

I normally go to Starbucks on Naglee but this one was closer so I gave it a try and I regret it. First of all the service is very unprofessional, it’s like a bunch of snooty high school girls work there. So I ordered a venti caramel ribbon crunch frappucino and asked for just a little extra caramel, she told me I can’t have extra caramel because they were running out, okay that’s fine. But I pulled up to the window and received this. I payed for a venti, not a tall, and fill the rest of the cup with whip cream and hope the customer won’t notice. This is why I always go to the one on Naglee. This one is just sad.

I am a huge Starbucks fan but this one has to be the worst. I came in roughly about 8 pm and there was an old couple waiting for their drink. I go stand by the register like normal and no one acknowledges the fact that im waiting to order. I wait 3 min as 4 people behind the counter looks at me and never said anything. Im looking around at this point to see if this is a joke or something. But nope, it was definitely real. I could not believe this. Starbucks builds its culture off of customer service and this location definitely dropped the ball. Very unfortunate for the brand. I just walked out.

Incredibly frustrating when some of the staff members are standing around having conversation, unable to multitask when their drive through line is backed up out to the street… And people are waiting in the store. I am generally an impatient person, but understand that not everyone moves on my time. However, when people that were in line behind me begin getting their drinks, I get irritated that I’ve been standing there waiting so long for them to have their conversation, not put my drink in the right spot, and have everyone else going on with their business,

Moved back since 2011 and this has to be the SLOWEST starbucks I’ve ever been too. Doesn’t help the employees normally talk amongst themselves while my drink sits ready behind them. UGH if only there was a Starbucks closer to my apartment :(

I love this Starbucks, come here all the time to do homework & it’s great to study. It is noisy sometimes but it isn’t to the point where it’s distracting. The staff is friendly, the drinks are always on point and it does get packed, so if you want a table to do some work or js chill you have to either come early or pray there’s a seat somewhere for you. Lol.

I went there for a two o clock pick me up coffee. It was cold but I wanted a caramel frappacino. The worker was polite and prompt. Got the drink in 3 – 4 minutes, maybe even less. They had quite a few customers in the shop also. Wifi worked great! The frappacino was smooth, loved it!

This used to be one of my favorite Starbucks on my commute into the Bay Area. Recently, I’ve noticed it has been declining in service, consistency and cleanliness. In the last few months, I’ve been charged for the wrong product, drinks forgotten about, wrong drinks, no soap or paper towels in the bathroom. I also have a odd commute so it’s not during the peak morning hours… Often times barely anyone is in there and still these problems persist. The service has been mediocre with pseudo apologies and just lackluster performance, today several of the workers had an ongoing conversation about quitting their jobs there… You have a certain expectation in going to Starbucks that this location is not meeting.

I probably frequent this Starbucks location the most because its on my way to work & near the freeway. Unfortunately it’s not the best Starbucks in town as they can be inconsistent and their drinks are really a hit or miss. For the most part the drinks are acceptable but they are not always on point. Not exactly sure why that is. The staff is always super friendly and I have never had any issues with the service.
