I always like this place because the burgers are simple and delicious. My favorite the animal fries reminds me of the Netherlands where they serve the french fries with multiple sauces. The only thing about this location is that the drive thru line is unconviently located in a small stripmall which causes overcrowding issues. Still like this location because the burgers are always up to par.

Once again, burger was great, fries too. A short wait in line but not bad at all. One thing I noticed right away was that my Lemon Up lite was made well and tasted great. Sometimes you just gotta have an In-N-Out burger!

I wanted to thank the manager Brandon here. I came in with 3 kids and almost at my wits end after enduring a horrible day. The original cashier rang me up for a larger order and I paid it without thinking. It wasn’t until I almost picked up my order until I realized the mistake. The manager came over and fixed the issue and was very apologetic. It was a small ray of positivity in one of the worst days of my life. Much thanks to the service here. Helped me salvage a day.

Food is decent, but very limited. I love the burgers but it’s still just a cheeseburger. Fries are terrible and even if you slather them with cheese, sauce, onions or whatever else it really doesn’t change that. Milk shakes are bland. But they are definitely cheap, and the burgers are definitely delicious. So why 1 star? Because the burgers are the only thing good here. Add that to the incredibly slow service and the fact that so many incredible fools will actually go and sit in line and wait as much as 30 minutes for a $ 4 cheeseburger and i just can’t bring myself to frequent this place. I mean seriously… Every time i pass by that place i can’t help but laugh my ass off as i pass by and take a gander at the people waiting in a 20+ car deep line. I sh*t you not i have driven by, gone to nations next door, ordered, sat down, ate, and left only to find that the last few cars in the line when i pulled up were still waiting to get to the window. I literally lol’d. I love their burgers and wish i could frequent them a bit more often but that will never happen until they open up a few more restaurants in town to thin out the lines. They have to know how much business they lose over customers turning away because of the lines. Right?

If you have never been to an In-N-Out, do yourself a favor and go. If you are already a regular, look no further. Much like every other In-N-Out, they can get crazy long lines but they don’t last and the service is excellent.

I love In-n-Out and usually have a good experience. Last night, my order got screwed up because the girl at the counter was so busy chatting with her friend who was ordering food, she wasn’t paying attention. After I got my food, I let her know it was wrong and she gave me a funny look. She then went back to the cook, pointed at me and both chuckled and then the cook came out and asked me exactly what I wanted. Bottom line, the team here needs more customer service training. They need to pay attention to the customer in front of them and not be distracted. I never did get my order right, BTW and all I wanted was a cheeseburger WITH grilled onions. Next time, I will go to Nations.

Burgers are usually on point, but the fries are always meh. While I wish they had more options food wise(their not so secret menu isn’t all that it’s cracked up to be), it definitely hits the spot when I’m craving it. This location always seems to have employees that are on the friendlier side and never give me grief if something ends up wrong with my order.

Before we all get in to a burger war discussion, I just want to say I have not tried out the different burger joints, so right now this is the one that I do enjoy, but this can change as I try out different location or other restaurants across the country. I have enjoyed in-n-out for sometime now, I remember the only place we could get in-n-out was on I-5 in Stockton, and trust us we made sure that was a stop each time we pass through, now you can find this place anywhere you like. Which for me is good because sometimes I enjoy a fun burger. The burgers and fries are always fresh and yes you can see them making it in front of you of you want to watch. The service is fast, they have to be as busy as this location gets. The staff is friendly, it is nice to see employees having fun and enjoying their jobs(at least they look like they are having fun). The restroom could always be cleaner, but each time we have been here at this location it has been super busy and it is clear for using the facilities. The dining area, is clean and they usually have one staff member dedicated to cleaning so as soon as you are leaving you can know an employee is right behind you getting the table ready for the next people to sit down and eat. Outside sitting is available especially here as it does get warm during the summers, great place to relax and have a nice dinner with family, especially if you have kids.

No matter which In n Out I go to this one seems to have the BEST Animal Style Fries. Tasteful tips: — Ask for double cheese on your animal fries. — Instead of onions try grilled onions on your sandwich. Food is good overall. The tables and floors are constantly being cleaned which is great. It does get packed so be prepared to wait. Often times it’s better to go inside instead of drive-through.

I was at a routine doctors visit today, where the scale surprisingly showed me 5 lbs. lighter than last week — so naturally, I left the doctors office, and drove straight to In&Out for a big juicy burger! Sure there are other good burger places around Tracy where you can get a bigger, juicier burger with more stuff on it for more money, but as a California girl, sometimes you’re just in an In&Out kind of mood. I just moved here from a brief stint in TX, and I’m sorry, but Whataburger doesn’t even come close to satisfying an In&Out kind of craving. The standards of service, cleanliness, and food quality were all what I would expect. I left satisfied, and I’m sure I’ll be back again soon!

Ok the review is not just for the burger but more for the quality of service. Yesterday I dropped in around 5Pm obviously it was pretty empty and staffs were having their usual off-time fun, ordered just ONE D-D Animal style and in the mean time the drive-thru got busy and our fun-loving relaxed staff jumped into action flipping burgers. They were enthusiastic and eagerly flipping around 10 orders in 15 min BUT the irony is my ONE burger was not ready yet simply because I ordered inside the restaurant and not from the drive-thru, after waiting for 15 min I went to the counter to enquire«Did I order something so special that ingredients are getting imported from somewhere» and the guy says«Oh u knw what the drive-thru is a priority». I was like it doesn’t make sense at all and seeing me questioning this absurd practice my burger comes out in a flash to get me out as soon as possible. I didn’t get the logic: Does drive-thru more preferable than in-house ? Do you think people who come in-house are lazy and have all the time in the world? Does serving more drive-thru orders gets a better pay-hike for employees?

Conveniently located next to I-5, which explains why this place was so crowded. Food was consistent with other innout locations. We had cheeseburgers, fries and strawberry shake, everything was good and inexpensive.

Visiting from out of town, I found the food to be typical fast food, but there was lots of it. What made this place stand out was phenomenal attitude and services of the workers. I talked to the manager about the wonderful service of his employees. As I told him, South Carolina could learn a lot from these folks.

July 8, 2015 Wednesday — 7:30PM for dinner 4 Adults and a kid Atmosphere — 4 stars Food — 4 stars Service — 4 stars Background — Making our way back from San Francisco to Reno and needed a fast bite. Atmosphere — The classic cookie cutter In-N-Out burger. The tables could have been cleaner. Food Drinks — Coke from the soda machine. Dinner — I am always trying something of the hidden menu. Today I ordered the whole slice of onion grilled on my cheese burger. Well the onion came raw. I was too hungry and on a time crunch to complain. I have never had my burger that way and was actually pretty good. Still love my animal style to most. Service — The order was not executed the way I ordered or how the receipt indicated. One burger was animal style, when it was a standard with onions. Mine should have had a slice of grilled onions instead raw. Future — Yes. If not here it will be another location.

I love In-N-Out Burger. I am from the Bay Area and am extremely biased to In-N-Out. It’s not as good as when I first had it back when I was in high school, but it brings me back to that first time with my parents. The thing I love about In-N-Out is that the quality is always there. The workers have always been patient with their customers and the food has always been the same. I like that consistency… can’t complain about getting something you expect to get. This location was on the way to Lake Tahoe. It sort of sucks that the drive through shares the parking lot with other shops. I looked out the window and see all the other businesses and it makes me sad to see there is a hella long line for In-N-Out and none for a $ 4 lunch plate including a drink. I was tempted to get out of the drive through line to get a lunch plate, but then I haven’t had In-N-Out in so long I had to stay in line. My bf and I got a whole meal to fatten up with for our long drive ahead. A double double, fries, and shake. :] NOM Maybe it’s because I haven’t been to In-N-Out in so long, but damn that double double was delicious. The cheese was perfectly melted into my entire burger, mixed with the sauce. It was gooey, salty, and creamy, with the beef patties. It was the perfect amount of beef, bread, crunchy lettuce, cheesy goo combination. The shake and fries topped everything off. In-N-Out is the must stop when going on a road trip. You have to go, at least once. Everyone understands how delicious it is and why waiting in that drive through line is totally worth it.

Stopped by on a road trip and loved this spot. There was a line but they worked through it very quickly. Didn’t have to wait too long for the food. Everyone that worked here was very friendly. Bathrooms were clean!
