Nadia is great! I went in today to order a tuxedo for my son to go to prom and she is so sweet. Her customer service is excellent. It was a little crowded with other young men getting fitted for their tuxedos and everyone was helped in a timely fashion. I had this same experience last year when I needed a tuxedo for my other son last year. The alterations there are great also. I had a dress altered into a jumpsuit and it came out perfect. I have 2 more years to go on proms so I don’t see myself changing to anyone else.

This store is the bomb! I’m a professional psychologist in the community here. I come to this outlet to purchase my suits and shoes. They have THE BEST quality and classy styles that no other store carries. Additionally, the service is outstanding! They treat you like a king here! The owner is very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this store to anyone who can appreciate outstanding service, quality clothing and shoes, and fantastic prices. Thank you for treating me with such dignity and respect.

Sold a coat to my 80 year old handicap father who has very poor vision. When he brings the coat home my mother realizes that there are 3 holes in the coat near the sleeve. And their tag is placed perfectly over the holes hiding it. I brought back the coat and asked nicely for a refund as my father had spent a good amount of money on the coat expecting it to be good quality. Little did we know, cheap quality and terrible customer service. Lady didn’t want anything to do with the word refund… No matter how much I tried to reason with her. My father can barely see, she shows a sign up high on the wall where the words are about the height of a penny bunched up in a whole nother’ paragraph that says no refund. Reported to mall management for fraudulent sale and next will be informing police. Never come here! Easy to take your money will NEVER refund. Weirdest customer service I’ve seen in my life and I own 3 businesses…

Went to this place today to rent a tuxedo. I have never felt so disrespected at a clothing store.
I walked in and there was a lady sitting there on her iPad. I asked if she had tuxedos and she said yes. She then decides to stand up and show me a book with the suits and prices. She doesn’t explain anything to me and then sits right back down and focuses on her iPad.
So there I am trying to figure it all out. I asked if she had a suit in the store that I could see and she just says «no grey». You would think that she would spend sometime showing me the suits and trying to help me find something.
The sad thing is that she just lost a lot of business. We needed 7 suits.
If I could have given zero stars, I would have. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time go somewhere else and get some type of customer Service.
One last thing, I’m sure that her attitude had nothing to do with my nationality. :)

Nadia is amazing! I went in there to get a suit for a wedding, and she was extremely helpful, and very friendly. She was not pushy or trying to get me the most expensive suit, she listened to what I wanted/​needed and found me a great suit. They even had a nice selection of shoes at great prices. I found a nice suit, shoes, and a tie for a great deal in less than an hour. Thank you Nadia, we will be coming back for sure!

I love this place. I walked in with my son to get him a suit and the Lady there I think her name is Nadia was super nice. She helped us get him into a really nice tux and matched the shirt and tie. I asked her if they do alterations for women she said yes. I need my pants hemmed for the weekend she said to just bring them and she can measure and do it same day. I went there Friday to get it done she measured and said since she was not very busy that moment she was able to do it by the time I went to Target and came back it was done to perfection.
I highly recommend it.

Though they acknowledged multiple times that they made the incorrect, irreversible alterations to the three items of clothing which I had brought to them, they refused to take financial responsibility. The best I was offered was about 40% of the value in cash and another 40% in a gift card for the store, in spite of showing them the receipts they requested. Now I have three useless items. I’ll never see these people again, but for small claims court. I’ve never had an experience so completely negative with any business or service. Beware.

I was looking for a spot in Tracy to get my suit tailored and needed it ASAP since the wedding was on the same day. Came across this place and they did just that. Suit was ready exactly when I was told it would be and fitted perfect. Pricing is very competitive and work is excellent. I would highly recommend this place. Can’t go wrong, customer service is also excellent.

Nadia was awesome! We walked out with a suit, shirt, tie and a happy son. No high-​pressure sales people or «upselling»! We will definitely be back!
