As a computer enthusiast, I’d have to say absolutely terrible I’ve gone to them twice; once for a power supply and another for an endless loop of Bluescreens. In regards to the power supply they sold me, it only lasted me a relatively short amount of time before I had to go out and buy a new one. I don’t recall what I paid for that but RIP that PSU. In regards to the bluescreens, they claimed that looking at the PC would take the rest of the day. Okay, no biggie. That afternoon they claimed that they weren’t able to get it done that day so they’d contact me the next day when it was finished. Two days later, I finally get a call about the system, claiming that they found a solution. They originally concluded it was a hardware issue, but then after a couple of days looking around the system, they simply blamed Windows, said it was going to take all day, eventually reinstalled it, then finally contacted a couple of hours later. They charged me about $ 115 for the labor of reinstalling something I could have easily done myself, of which by the way they claim it to be for«labor» as if anyone should pay $ 115 to reinstall windows, especially when it’s a WINDOWS10 install. Speaking of the Windows 10 reinstall, it bugged me that they weren’t even aware of After about 20 days, a bluescreen occurred then after that, a bluescreen would occur every so often. Nearing the end of my warranty period, the bluescreens started to occur frequently. Feeling frustrated and cheated, I sent them an e-mail regarding the issue with screenshots and extra information, requesting the to inform me when it would be best to bring in my computer, since it took them several days to «re-install» Windows last time. I never got a response. Later, I found out that they did not check my SSD’s firmware; I updated it myself and POOF, the bluescreens were gone. Sure, I could have avoided the problem on my own by remembering that my SSD has firmware as well, but I find it frustrating that these guys are labeled the«Best of Tracy» and that most of them have degrees in IT(according to their website that is). What frustrates me is that I don’t have a degree, theses guys do, and I was able to figure it out.

Walked in to get iPad 2 screen repaired. The said the technician is not in, yet it’s only maybe 1 or 2 in the afternoon. I called 2 days later at around 11AM, technician not in today and we have to special order your screen but 2 days prior you said it was in stock, she back peddled and said yes they had it but no technician. Today I walk in at 2 and the technician is gone but may come back, I tell them forget it, it was my 3rd time trying to give them business and I’ll take it some where else. Your service and work ethic sucks as a retail business. If you are going to advertise same day service and tell people repairs can be done in 1-hour you should damn well make sure you can back it up. Because from my 3 tries work ethic sucks, service sucks, and obviously the tech only works certain days and hours. By the way, you should remove the 1-hour repair and sam day repair because you can’t provide the services you are claiming. And have your counter people knowledgable about what you have in stock not contradict themselves. I would recommend this business to no one

After the check up they wanted to charge more for something that my computer did not even had when I first took it there. If this is the best of Tracy, WHAT A SHAME… NOLLEVESTUCOMPUTADORA!!! a este lugar. El peor servicio. Mi computadora servia, cuando la lleve ahi. Ahora no prende. I will tell any one that I know about my personal bad experience with this small business. And manager, Please dont even replay to me because I dont trust your word. Please dont waste your time and dont make me waste mine.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I brought my tower in with power issues and a virus. They fixed the virus, I purchased a wireless usb attachment and they assured me the power supply was fine. I brought the tower home and you guessed it, the power supply was shot. So after spending $ 79 to remove the viruses and $ 50 for the usb attachment I returned and they wanted nearly $ 100 to replace the power supply. The computer wasn’t worth that much. They refunded the $ 50 for the usb but refused to refund the $ 79 I never would have spent had they told me it was going to be an additional $ 100. On top of it all they were rude about it. I will definitely not be returning and will let everyone I know to find an honest shop because this is not one of them. If I could give zero stars I would!

The Tracy Computer services team are the best! Unlike many other places I have been to, they give reliable and FREE diagnostics! They explain everything to you in a clear manner too! Although I live in Castro Valley, I will never complain having to drive to Tracy for the 5 star service I receive here, whether its a problem with my iPhone or my MacBook.

Tracy Computer Services is awesome! They were able to get the remote from my laptop after my husband accidently pushed it in the wrong way, then after he lost the remote on the way home, they were kind enough to get us a replacement for free… service was fantastic! We will be refering them to our friends and family!

My computer crashed on me and I found these guys through a google search. I called and told them what happened. They gave me their rates up front and were very professional. I came in and was treated wonderful. The guy who helped me was very patient and walked me through what to expect from their service. When i came back to pick it up i had tons of questions. Then a different person helped me and answered all my questions and even gave me tips on what antivirus to use and why. I am very happy with their service and will recommend them to friends when i hear of any computer issues. Thanks guys. =)

Tracy Computer service has the highest level of customer service and computer knowledge. I have been using them for all my computer issues for the past two years. My computer recently crashed and Yuri the owner was able to save all my files from my old computer and help me move them to my brand new computer. He was amazing in assisting me in choosing a new system. I also recently had a software program issue and he was able to log onto my computer remotely and walk me all the way thru. They are very affordable and the best !
