Incredibly authentic and inventive at the same time. This food truck is worth the stop, parked behind the Inside Out Gallery, it’s a nice alternative to the busy downtown dinner traffic. Try the homemade chipotle hot sauce, dessert empanadas and fermented house made Sangria!

Fun new food truck located behind Inside Out Gallery in the Warehouse district. We tried it out tonight, and we’ll definitely come back! I had the beef/rosemary/potato empanadas. The homemade dough was really good, but I’d probably try another filling next time as rosemary just didn’t seem to go with it for me. My husband had the special sweet potato/pork tacos and my son had the cheese quesadilla(with the pico on the side instead of in the quesadilla). The tortillas(both corn and flour) were obviously homemade and really delicious! I’d definitely get the quesadilla again just for that flour tortilla. There are just a few small tables to eat at(outside of course), or you can take your food to go. The service was very friendly. Only thing I’d probably change would be the menu which was a little confusing(there was one spot with specials, one spot with a printed menu and then another board with different menu items… it would be great if all the menu items were in one spot as I’m sure people miss some of the menus).
