The WORST dunkin donuts ever. I’ve stopped here for coffee while waiting for my train about once a week for years. And they’re alright if you just order a black coffee. Dont expect sugar or milk though. Cause they will never give you what you ask for. They’ll give you a fat free muffin when you didnt ask for that. Or they’ll put vanilla flavoring in your coffee when you didnt ask for that either. They pretty much are so busy talking to eachother that they give you whatever they feel like. Once I ordered a pork roll egg and cheese and the employee was so pissed I ordered something they had to use the oven for. They glared at me the whole time. Then my pork roll was cold when I finally got the sandwhich.

12−30−15 at 5:30 pm While I do love the DD chain, my experience here was insane. I asked what makes a mocha swirl and black kid with the dreads, didn’t bother going back to get his name, told his co worker come talk to this white dude, in front of my face. The 2 other employees working were fine and explained to me what it was then he came back and rang me up and I told the person I was with I’m a sissy coffee drinker, which is why I got the sweetest drink they have, to which he responded«that word makes me think you gay» I replied what sissy? Then said what wrong with being gay, to which he laughed in my face. Needless to say I will never go back to DD. I get that he is an idiot teenager but come on DD, you are better than that.

I was not expecting to have five star, first-class service at a Dunkin’ Donuts in Trenton, NJ. However, I was expecting some form of basic decent human interaction from the staff here. The cashier tried to charge me twice the price for my order. She neither apologized nor acknowledged the error when it was pointed out. This kind of crap would not survive one day in New York City. Two stars instead of one because it’s the only thing that you can get at this train station.

Very friendly. They boost the human factor to the place where corporate shortfalls don’t matter.

It’s inside a convenient store(like at a lot of other train stations) so may have more limited options but otherwise I’ve never had a problem here– didn’t find the quality to be any different than a standard Dunkin. They are fast which is most important when you are trying to catch that train!

Stale, stale, stale, dry, dry, dry donuts at rush hour. Selling what should have been given away.

Now that the Trenton Station has been renovated, America can still run on its Dunkin at the combined DD and Newsstand replete with junkfood and magazines. While I, personally, do not partkae of the stale-tasting trucked-in caloric confectios, it is a good place to get a light ice, half-caff, french vanilla, extra milk and 2 splenda.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is more of a «kiosk» at the Trenton Train Station on the South Clinton Ave side of the station within the terminal. The Trenton Train Station is still a construction site and under renovation. I wish they had put this Dunkin’ Donuts on the platform of Track 1 and Track 2, particularly with the morning commuters heading towards NYC and points north. After seeing people with Dunkin’ Donuts cups on the train for a few weeks. One morning, the trains were running late leading to a missed connection and I had 17 minutes, so me and my friend decided to go upstairs to find this Dunkin’ Donuts. Once you got upstairs, the walk was like«forever» and then we saw the Dunkin’ Donuts kiosk, where you self serve. Basically, you get in line, you grab a cup, serve your own coffee /sugar /cream. You get to the front of the line and you pay the cashier. At 6 o’clock(behind you to your left) is a counter where they have napkins, sugar, equal, half and half, etc… I was waiting in line in front of my friend, I said out loud«I am an engineer and asked how do you work this thing?» to dispense the coffee and cream. All in all, I like the self serve, because the coffee is made your way and you get in and out of the line faster. At the end, if you don’t like your coffee, you have only yourself to kick and you can’t blame Dunkin’ Donuts. The negative is that they only seem to have original blend for coffee. I did not noticed any other blend or flavored coffee. If you have time and waiting for a train, don’t want to wait until you get to Newark Penn Station or NY Penn Station to pick up coffee, I would probably go to this Dunkin’ Donuts kiosk. Typical Dunkin’ Donuts pricing. Offhand I do not recall if they had donuts(I will make an edit in the future).
