One of the new breed of Dunkin Donuts. Larger than the older footprint. Cleaner, too. Extra seating space.
It always used to amaze me that the coffee made from the same beans could taste so different (not always in a good way), until I learned that the water used was just as important as the java nuts. Good water makes good coffee.
This shop must be connected to a decent water supply, as their Joe is strong, but not acidic nor bitter.
To find decent coffee at the corner of Chambers and Liberty in Trenton is a welcome surprise.
