Ordered 3 platters of Generals Tso Chicken and everyone said the same thing. It wasn’t good! I was hoping for the food to be good since they deliver. We will not be ordering from them again.

The food is good! The delivery guy forgot my tea nd he seem mean for some reason but they sent someone back to bring the tea me my husband nd I ordered from them a few times nd it’s been good every time even though they’re hella greasy #CaliGirl nd Chinese food is fast nd good in California but I will say their food is good nd really great service

Where do I start? The hot & sour soup was neither hot nor sour. The chicken curry was terrible, there was no curry on the vegetables or the chicken. The sauce was the consistency of water and equally lacked flavor. Another meal, (not mine) had a long black hair in it. The delivery came with no mustard, and to top everything off the fortune cookies were rubbery … stale! The sole redeeming part of the meal was the egroll, although lukewarm. If I want to roll the dice again with my delivery food dollar, I’ll head to Parx Casino. I’ve read good reviews of this place, but Fu Wah failed my family miserably. I have never written a negative review and I was so insenced I opened my Unilocal account just to write this review. My advice: caveat emptor. I won’t be ordering from here again, a burger & fries from Sonic sounds much better. (Rant over) Thanks, jack

This is my go to place for Chinese food in Ewing. Prompt delivery and a friendly staff. Yes, it’s Americanized, fast Chinese food. If you’re looking for something fancier, there may be better choices. For for good food in a pinch, give them a shot!

Ordered on grubhub went and picked up order and was completely different then other Chinese restaraunts, this is definitely a BUYER BEWARE restaraunt for getting food. The egg rolls that were received were completely burnt. More than half of the order wasn’t edible.

Generally speaking Fu Wah is a good place to go when you want Chinese take out. The people are very nice and the food is always prepared quickly and it is usually good.
However I will not be going back! There was a rock in my takeout order! I discovered it the day afterwards when I was eating the leftovers. I did not call to complain because it was too far after the fact and I ate most of the meal so I wouldn’t ask them to make me a other one. I am instead writing this review to caution future customers. I feel bad because the people are very nice and I have always been satisfied in the past, but I will not be going back because I do not want to experience biting into a rock again!
I gave them 2 stars because of my positive experience in the past and my hope that the rock in my food was a one time mistake — it’s worth checking out but proceed with caution.

Recently ordered from here since I wasn’t impressed with last place I ordered from (Tan May on Olden Ave).
Fu Wah was just as expected. Fast, fresh, hot and delicious. Nothing special about the food, just your typical Chinese food take out /​delivery menu and services.
Food came with noodles and fortune cookies (the last place [Tan May] DID NOT!)
Would definitely order here again and recommend it to locals.
