Bought one of their chain saw specials (Chicago brand) and upon opening it, insuring it’s ready to work, adding chain lube we went to work, the unit ran for 2 minutes and threw it’s chain, upon rethreading it I discovered a cheap standoff had broken off the unit which rendered it useless, since it was within the 30 day purchase window, the store took it back without question. They have great hand tools and some other stuff but I would suggest you steer clear of the chainsaws, just built too cheap
