I used to enjoy going here, recently though I had to call them out on something they should not have charged me for… My VSP… They were horrible to deal with & that came from VSP also. Their receptionist had been rude ever since I challenged them. I made an appointment for my 3 children & I, we were sick & didn’t return two voicemail messages, they went ahead & cancelled the appointment & said going forward they would not be able to accommodate my 3 children in a one slot appointment. I find this to be very bad customer experience. I’ve been with them for at least 5 years & I will never recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed because the doctors themselves have always been fantastic.

Dr Hudecheck has been providing my family with annual eye exams for years. She has a nice shop with a friendly staff. They also have a large selection of eye ware but I have a friend in the business and purchase my eye glasses from him.
