It can’t get any more bizarre than this. At the urging of Arlene, I went to RadioShack to listen to, and likely buy, a Beats Pill Bluetooth speaker, which sells for $ 199. I asked the clerk if they had one on display. He said no. I asked if he could take one out of the box so I could hear it before I purchase one and he said — — WAITFORIT — — no! He suggested that I drive 7 miles to hear it at a RadioShack store that had one on display. I reminded him that I could have purchased it at a Best Buy, but chose RadioShack instead. I asked him if I could return it if I didn’t like it, since he refused to let me try it out in the store and he said — — WAITFORIT — — no! He added that Beats was bought out by Apple and they won’t take it back. This type of lousy customer service is why RadioShack went bankrupt to begin with. They were bought out by Sprint. Now, if Sprint would only rid themselves of stupid policies and bad employees…
