The only thing they do well is take your money. They never return a call, and I had to threaten them with cancelling my order to get them to do the template. He missed the appointment and it had to be rescheduled, even after yelling at them.
I have been trying to reach them for days to schedule the install, but to no avail. Save yourself some trouble and go somewhere else. These people are rude, and their customer service is worse than wal mart. I’m about ready to call my credit card company and put the whole order in dispute. I’m not even sure they have our counters.

If you are looking to get your kitchen done right the first time this is the place to be at. The folks are super nice and they know what they are doing. They are plenty of cheaper places you can find but trust me you will have to get your kitchen redone at some point. This place stand behinds their quality of their service and they deliver it. Worth every penny.

The sales people here remind me of reps from the used car profession. When I went to pick out my counter they acted like my best friend. Once purchase was done they could care less. The day they were supposed to deliver counter they never showed up. The second day they showed up at 9:30 PM with the wrong counter. After several phone calls and no apology for their huge error from the owner I got my counter. My granite countertop is gorgeous but not sure the aggravation was worth it.

They will probably be better on larger jobs, but I had a small job with them and it was never delivered. 2.5 months of the run around before I had to cancel the order and go to a different place of business. Called for status several time per week for close to 6 weeks always being assured it is being worked on. Told I would be called back countless times and never was… I had to place a 2nd call 100% of the time. Every call went like this:“Hi, I’m calling to check an order I placed on September 15th.” «Ok, whats your name» «Yes, I see you right here. Let me go to the shop and check on the status for you. Let me have your phone number and I’ll call you back in about 10 minutes.» Never a call back. Work never done. Now we are starting from scratch.

Although the granite is beautiful, I have had a problem with mine and they have been less than helpful, giving me the run around for MONTHS, never calling me back when they said they would and basically telling me lies. Nobody seemed interested in helping me until I threatened legal action. I might consider going elsewhere.

Had a VERY nice granite counter top kitchen job done by these guys. Very professional and they know their stuff. The sales reps are a little arrogant, but its easy to get over once you realize that they do work with you and its not a total sales job by them.
The installers /​workers that come to you home were honestly top notch. Heck, they put up with my wife’s 100 questions before they cut the stone so they get 5 stars in my book.
