Kelly’s Pub

This is not the type of place you are going for décor… it is old and kind of a dive. You are going here for good food at great prices. Their money goes into the food! Broasted chicken and saturday prime rib are tops.

Very good fish fry with very kind people. This was my first visit. I stopped at Towne Square for a bite only to find out that they didn’t serve food. The owner at Towne Square directed me to Kelly’s. Good call. I will definitely be back!

Amazing broasted chicken! If you visit any day besides a Friday or Saturday go with the chicken. If you go on a Friday try the fish fry or even better the fish boil. The fish boil is only available once a month. And on Saturday you must have the prime rib, it’s big enough to feed a few. All of their soups are homemade and delicious. If you are looking for cold beer and good food this is the spot. It’s not a four star restaurant but you won’t complain about the food.

The greatest soup you will ever taste. A cook worthy of the title «Soup Nazi». Most all food there is delicious and reasonably priced. Great friendly service, drinks are reasonable. Pool table, video slots, patio. I love the place!

We discovered this little gem on a road trip to stock up on our favorite New Glarus Beer. We crossed just beyond the Cheddar Curtain and found Kelly’s Pub.
Kelly’s Pub is a friendly, comfortable, rural pub & grill that is a perfect spot to wet your whistle and grab a bite. Friendly customers and folks behind the bar make you feel right at home even if you are a first timer. What sets Kelly’s apart from other country taverns is the food. My wife and I ordered the lake perch dinner. I ordered them with potato pancakes and the wife had the crinkle-​cut fries. The fish was perfectly prepared with a light, puffy batter. The potato pancakes were A-​OK and not the slightest greasy. Even the cole slaw was crisp, fresh and had a nice peppery flavor. The icing on the cake is Spotted Cow on tap — Yeah!
To sum it up, Kelly’s has great food, friendly atmosphere and service, and great prices. Kelly’s Pub is a great excuse for a road trip. We’ll be back.

Have been here multiple times and have enjoyed the dining area and the bar on different trips. This place is very friendly and I have yet to have something to eat that wasn’t good.
Their burgers are very good. These are highly recommended. My most recent trip my friend and I had the broasted chicken and potatoes. Both of these were very good. The chicken serving was huge and hot. We went on a weeknight and we were the only ones there using the dining area. We still were waited on in a timely manner and had the space to ourselves which was kind of nice.
This is a great place to grab some dinner and I will definitely continue to visit!

Casual and very friendly place to go for a drink and dinner. Went on a Friday night to try their fish fry. Ended up instead having the broasted chicken with broasted potatoes. Delish!
Lots of friendly people and the owner came by to check how we were enjoying the food a couple of times.
Gotta get back to this place.
