Applebee’s

My experience at Applebee’s was better than expected. I showed up with my 2 toddlers for some father kids time… The waitress Erica was exceptionally hospitable even though my kids were, well kids. The food was exceptional and took less than 15 min from ordering till we got our food. So glad we decided to stop! We will be back!!!

It was just an Applebees with nothing exceptional. Good food, good service. Food took a little longer than expected but came out piping hot and tasty.

Service good. Asked for ID for beer service when waitress said we looked the age of her parents. If they can’t trust employees for good judgement, maybe the management needs more training.

Always a favorite. The bar has the best mixed drinks and this time the Old Fashion was tasty!

Updated their stars because customer service contacted me and tried to find out more detais to remedy the problem and even offered me complimentary food for the next time. Impressed with corporate responsibility.

We sat in the bar booth. Hostess Great personality & cheerful !! Loved her !!
BUT then Awful Service Experience !! Waitress with serious attitude, awful food, raw burger and when we said something about it the question was «Oh, you want another one?»…I wanted to say… «no, just bag this one up, Ill cook it myself when I get home.» REALLY ???
And then a 6 yr old throws up on the floor on the way to the bathroom right in front of our booth and the hostess comes over, throws an apron over it and puts up a caution yellow sign a-​frame like it was just mopped ?? Really ??
I understand things can go wrong but to get the attitude is unacceptable… YOU ARE IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY ?? I am not one to normally dig in deep here & I just don’t return but somebody in upper management really needs to spend sometime here and see it for themselves.
I LOVE other Applebee’s and travel to many locations all the time BUT this location will be the last time I step foot in this building…
I see other posts of lack of help… SO TRUE HERE.
Spend Some Money on Payroll, it will make your service better & sales will be better overall. Quality of food needs attention too !!

Great dinner tonight! The service was perfect and the new food was great.
I recommend you visit this restaurant. The team really takes care of you.

Today we waited 40 minutes and left… they took TWO groups ahead of us that came in 20 minutes after us!!! NOT GOOD!!!

We were seated quickly and our server was very nice!
Typical Applebee’s décor (local décor/​memorabilia, but not overly so).
The restaurant was clean inside and the staff was friendly.
PROS:
Seated quickly on a weekend night;
Restroom were clean;
Staff was friendly;
Restaurant, itself, was clean.
Meals were tasty and prepared to requests (Pasta dish and a medium-​steak dish).
CONS:
Food came out without the garlic bread that was supposed to come with my pasta dish, but the dish was very good (It was a spicy shrimp/​pasta dish that I would get again).
Server didn’t notice (and I didn’t care enough to make a «stink» about it).
