Wendy’s

It’s not true that Wendy’s is the same the world over! I have worked at and eaten at Wendy’s that were much better! The fries are soggier than at other Wendy’s, if you can stand to eat them at all with all the salt. I have ordered them several times and had them inedible over it. It’s impossible for them to get a double cheese burger without mayo right for some reason. Every time I order it I have to bring it back because it’s a single with mayo. EVERY TIME! If you go between the lunch crowd and the dinner crowd, you will be unhappy with the drive thru service. Sloppy looking food, order rarely as ordered, fries always over salted.
The drive thru itself is a complete mess. People don’t understand the set up. Frequently there are inside customers parked where they are restricting it’s entrance.
To say they could do it better is quite an understatement. It’s the first restaurant coming into the state from NM, so they know they don’t have to do better. It’s a disappointment.

Oh Holy Disgusting. Save yourself and make a different choice. Garbage overflowing; unhappy order taking (wiping nose with back of hand); no soap in bathroom dispensers; completely mixed up order. It. Was. Soooooo. Bad.

Terrible customer service, which is typical of any fast food place in Trinidad. The kids running the place think they are doing you a huge favor by taking your order. Weird hours, they close very early.

I went in to get a frosty when I stopped to fill up for gas. The frosty was the same as everywhere, but the service was horrible.
When I walked up to the counter to order, I was the only customer there. Several employees were standing in the kitchen chatting. They obviously seen me, but nobody came to take my order. I stood there for a couple of minutes, then all of a sudden this teenage boy walks up and steps in front of me at the counter. It turns out he works there, and stopped in to say hi. A couple of the girls in the kitchen left their little huddle to come talk to him. They were telling Isaac all about how horrible their day was, and how messy the kitchen was. All while nobody has yet to take my order!
Now, Isaac decided to get some food, so they went ahead and took his order, even though I was still standing there waiting for them to take mine. Finally somebody took my order. When the frosty was ready, the girl had to walk it around the counter to me, since Isaac was still standing in the way, laughing with a couple of the other girls who worked there.
Overall, horrible customer service.

This one has a nice, open dining room and a direct door into the convenience store that shares the building.
The drive-​thru is designed a little weird (right-​hand U-​turn).
Downside: The soda fountain is too close to the order line, resulting in no space to wait for your food and a slightly claustrophobic feeling while standing in line (but maybe that is just me).
