Had a very good experience here on Saturday night. We had to wait for a table so we went to the bar. Service was great at the bar. Bang bang shrimp and drinks were perfect. The rest of the evening was very good as well. Corn, crab chowder was excellent. Ahi tuna with mango salsa was excellent. Service was excellent as well.

It’s a fish place so don’t get steak. I had a bad experience the 1st visit having to send it back 3 times. Management was however was helpful and took care of everything. This was my second trip after receiving a gift card from them asking us to return. Imperial tilapia was my meal my bf got mahi and spinach also ordered a Cobb salad which was delicious. Only one thing was undercooked broccoli. Pretty good. **** p. s. I gave them 4stars at first but now, lucky for 2. I stand by the fact that this is a fish place… Hence the name of restaurant. Period. It’s absolutely not a steakhouse.(I just received a note from«Food W», im sure someone in relation to bonefish grille. Stating the fact it’s a steak place just as much as fish). My BF has been in the Foodservice industry for 20+yrs and stands behind me, embarrassed by this experience. We also are quite aware that if a restaurant is unhappy w your review they can add a note to your review. But best of all most places just post false positive reviews as to generate business. Sorry to have to express this situation! I really hope«Food W» is not related to Bonefish grille that’s all I gotta say.

TERRIBLESERVICE. Slow Monday with more than half the tables empty, a full staff and I requested wait service 3 times. I literally had to get up and walk to the bar for service. I’m not sure what was going on in the kitchen but there was a huge congregation of employee’s in there. Bonefish has a good menu but we stopped going to this location because it was always packed. After last night, I understand why the place was so slow.

Awesome. Shrimp and scallops. The service was not to bad. You need to get there around 5ish Or be prepared to have a long wait time to be seated. But the wait is worth it. I would definitely go again.

This was my first time for me and my husband. We love this place so much. Our server was attentive and professional. We got bang bang shrimp and ahi tuna for starter. And my meal I get pork chop which is perfectly cook and soft and good taste with the spicy sauce. Before we left manager came to took plates away and nice talking. We ll be back for sure! Next time I ll save room for dessert. I saw on the menu they have key lime pie which is my favorite. ;)

Enjoyed our meal here. They were quite busy. We had to ask for silverware since we were served salad and had no way to eat it. The staff was friendly despite the rush they all seamed to be in. We’ll be back to eat here again.

The food was delicious and we have never had trouble with portions. They are perfect. My husband had the grouper special and it was excellent. I had swordfish and mine was excellent too. You have your choice of two sides and if you wish you can take one side and for a dollar more have the salad. The service was wonderful. Our server, Brian, was very attentive. He made sure everything was fine, food was brought in a timely matter and plates cleared timely too. It was a Friday night so it was crowded. But the service was excellent. We will go there again.

90% of the time I use Bonefish merely as a meetingplace for a drink – and only during non-peak hours. Not worth the wait to eat there in my opinion. And the bar space is very small, so be prepared to defend your space during peak hours. I eat and drink here on occasion because there’s really nothing better in Trinity – which isn’t saying much! Two positive things about Bonefish Trinity are the ambience and the food – though nothing to be especially commended for, since the Bonefish franchise is really just an uppity fast food chain: every single Bonefish looks the same, tastes the same… so you can expect the same. McBonefish. It beats IHOP, though. Some not-so-good things about Bonefish Trinity: –The place is ridiculously crowded on weekend nights… only because, I suspect, there’s simply nowhere else to eat in Trinity. So be prepared to wait a LONG time to eat or drink if you come on a weekend night. And be prepared to not have ANY place to wait while you’re waiting LOL. –The greeter emits a negative attitude when I reject his seating suggestion and instead tell him which seat I’ll take. They seem to forget that I’m the customer and that they serve me – not the other way around! This seems to happen EVERY time I eat there – greeter with a snobby attitude. So be prepared to give some attitude back…

This was my first time ever going to Bonefish, so I wasn’t sure what to expect other than thinking it’d be like Cityfish or Red Lobster. It was fathers day, so we decided to make a reservation early in the evening in hopes of not having to wait in line. Even witha 5pm reservation, we still had to wait about 20 – 25 minutes. But in the mean time, the manager was kind enough to keep bringing around appetizers to the people waiting. They even took our appetizer orders prior to us sitting down so that they’d be ready once we arrived. For those reason, I elevate it up to four stars rather than three. The food was without a doubt delicious, but I still wondered as to why the dinner portions were so small for the amount that you paid. Heck, I thought I’d have to order twice the amount to fill me up! Overall, the staff, food and atmosphere was great and would definitely return again. P. s., Be sure to try the crème brûlée!

I went to dinner Sunday night(July 12, 2015) at Bonefish Grill. I haven’t been there for quite a few years and therefore was surprised at the changes that have taken place regarding the menu. The last time I had dinner there, there was only one entrée on the menu that wasn’t seafood-related, and that was a steak. The group I was with the other night was celebrating the birthday of a companion who loves seafood, so Bonefish Grill was suggested. While there are quite a few wood-grilled seafood selections on the menu, the variety of seafood type of preparations and different recipes that I remember is gone. I was disappointed by that. Also, there are now the ubiquitous steak, pork chop and chicken dishes, salads, etc., that the other moderately-priced chain restaurants have. We ordered dinner at 7:00 on Sunday evening. One of the dinner specials was grouper. Imagine the disappointment of the person who ordered that special, only to be informed«sorry, we’re out of it.» I am always astonished when a restaurant runs out of a special. They had no grouper left at 7:00 and were open until 9:00, being Sunday; very poor planning for a restaurant chain that has been in business since 2000. Okay, with that said, I do have positive remarks to make about my experience. From the moment I walked inside the restaurant, every employee from the hostess to the bartender to the waitress was welcoming, friendly and efficient. The environment was relaxing and comfortable. I ordered the barbecue pork chop dinner and the chop was perfectly grilled — juicy but not underdone. The barbecue sauce had a nicely-seasoned bite. The mashed sweet potatoes and al dente green beans accompanied the pork chop simply and altogether created a good dinner. And I could make a dinner of just the bread! Bottom line — I had a good dinner with some very fine company and so had an enjoyable evening. But I won’t be back.

I would give this restaurant a 5 star but they play the music so loud you can’t hold a conversation. Great service great food just turn down the music!

We went for the first time and had been wanting to go for years. I guess there was some coupon special because the waitress rudely asked if we also had a coupon? Food wasn’t great for the price we paid. I guess they accept coupons, but don’t like to? Rude staff, subpar food, I can see why they advertise a lot.

I adore their house salad with house dressing. By far one of the best house salads ever created. We come here when we want to celebrate or impress! Seafood is always cooked perfect. It is a bit pricey but it doesn’t leave you upset of how much you just paid, just happy. Out of the many times I have been there I did have them mess up a crème brûlée. IT came out soggy and not finished. I brought it to the waiters attention and a manager came out. What can you do? We can’t control all workers :) They simply took it off the bill and I did not want another. My husband always gets the salmon and I order the tilapia stuffed with crab meat. We are both always happy.

Better than average seafood for a chain… the Thai jumbo shrimp app never disappoints and can pass as a main course. Always jam packed. Quite an impressive wine list… at least 20 choices by the glass. What could be a four star review loses one due to spotty service and kitchen issues on more than one occasion.

Not impressed with this place. The wait staff seemed poorly trained and out of it. We had food runners try to deliver us someone else’s food multiple times. Had to ask our own server for refills. And we felt rushed out so they could seat other guest. The bang bang shrimp was ok. Didn’t live up to the hype. Main corse was very good. We bailed with out ordering a desert. Food was good, but not worth $ 100 for 2 people.

Dark and comfy atmosphere Server was attentive but dressed in a chefs coat? Food was great Speciality martini — its not a tomato they add. You have been warned Wagyu Beef & Ginger Potstickers are awesome This chain shows up in the Huffington Posts ’15 Most Allergy-Friendly Restaurant Chains’

First visit and super impressed :) Started out with Bang Bang Shrimp and Wagyu Beef & Ginger Dumplings. While the shrimp was good(hot and crispy) I could only eat a few because they were rich, but the dumplings stole my stomach heart — covered in tons of fried crispy onion crumbles, green onions, and a great ginger sauce = delicious! Ordered grilled salmon with Pan Asian and Pesto sauce — salmon was perfectly prepared(not overcooked/dry) and both sauces were good. Great idea to offer a variety of sauces with all the grilled fish, you aren’t forced into chef defined pairings, very clever Bonefish! Au gratin potatoes were very good, seasonal veg were nothing impressive and I would have preferred a side salad(hint, hint…). Love the dark relaxing atmosphere and server was friendly and good. Not sure why they have the servers wear chef jackets as my initial reaction when the server greeted us was ‘oh no, they are short-staffed and the kitchen staff is waiting tables… this is going to be bad’, it was not ;)
