Recently found this place and am very impressed with the beer selection and quality. Their IPAs are very good, as are the other brews. Will be back with my growler. :-)

I love the small time feel of this brewery but their beer has large flavor. Tucked away in a strip mall next to a pizza restaurant, if you get hungry, right on trinity Blvd. Any time I pass this place I stop and get one of their different ipas. They usually have from 8 to 12 of their own brews on tap, different styles for every taste. The owners are down to earth, friendly and love their job. They have a great crew of «regulars» too.

Nice place with a nice feeling to it, in a strip plaza next to a pizza joint where you can pick up some food if you wanted to, nice beer as well, a good thing for Trinity to have.

I went here with a few friends and tried a number of their beers. I love the large bar and the atmosphere. Most of the beers were pretty good, especially the double IPA.
The milk stout though, that was really weak. Very very thin and no detectable alcohol. It tasted like a bad homebrew kit.

Just go! Best IPA’s Porter and Stout in Florida. Their IPA’s are world class and will stand up to any and I say any offering from California, Oregon, or Washington. Puts the commercial offerings to shame. Think the best homebrew you ever tasted, then amp it up on taste and overall quality.

Lovely little brewery in Trinity. I enjoy the laid back atmosphere. You can buy and fill up growlers to take home which is very convenient. The beer selection is great and they are always trying new things. They also have games you can play if you stay awhile and want some entertainment. Love Escape!

I have to say that this one of my favorite craft breweries in Tampa Bay. If I have a gripe it is that their hours a little tight for me to be able to make it there after work and them being open. On saying that the best English style Brown Ale in the Bay and that’s saying something as there are several establishments to give it a run for it’s money.
No food menu but that’s ok as there is a good pizza kitchen right next door. It can get busy on the weekends so plan accordingly.

It’s 95 this afternoon so no better of a day to try Escape Brewery. This is a nano brewery. Very small batch just a step up in size from home brewing. And you can tell the small quantity quality. Excellent beer. I tried a French Saison and a Brown. I tend towards the sweeter beers and both were excellent. I tasted the IPA and Porter. Great quality and flavor. I am fortunate that I live a reasonable drive to head back to Escape again soon.

Hip place and vibe. A great selection of brews. I only had one. It was the Rejuvenation IPA recommended by the bartender. It was a nice beer. Definitely a mellow IPA, not too hoppy, and a nice clean taste. I would have loved to try more but we were brewery hopping and I had to drive ;) so I’ll be back to try the rest.

My wife and I have been to many of the breweries in the area and we think this one makes the best beer. The tasting room is simple but the beer is fantastic. Definitely stop in for a pint or two. You won’t be sorry.

Approach — looks like a Florida strip mall with a pizza place to the right and a grocery store to the left. Easy to park though and not so difficult to get to.
Service/​Staff — just two visits but the guys behind the bar were great, very knowledgeable and very friendly if I have an issue it’s just their offerings are so good and its busy because of that. I would really like it if they would only close one night a week and stay open until 11 on the week nights but .
Menu/​Selection — 7 brews on tap when I visited and all I tasted were very good. I have to say that eh Brown Ale took me to another time and another country. Much more of a classic British brown ale versus the likes of a Maduro (which is a favorite of mine even with it’s American affectations)
My one snag in this review is that I live an hour away but I have peeps I know just around the corner…

Great Location! Love the staff! The owners are great guys as well, John & Matt! A must stop if your in the Trinity/​Odessa/​New Port Richey area!

If you like craft beer you have to try this place. My wife and I have been to many Mico breweries in the area and this is one of the best we have visited. Great beer and good pizza next door. The brewer is very knowledgeable and great to talk with.

Best beer I’ve had! Brown chicken brown cow is similar to Fat Tire but smoother, with good malt taste.

Vibe: The vibe is chill, the people are great, and they always have a delicious mix of their own brews and guest taps. They’re still new, but every time I’ve been they’ve had a good crowd.
Beer: I like the Goofy Footed Wheat and the Escape Saison.
Food: No food, but there’s a pizza place next door that delivers!

Been in here half a dozen times and had great service and great beer. Not sure what happened with the 1^st reviewer, but sometimes they have to serve beer and can’t make small talk. Just Sayin! Great new place. Highly recommended!
