This is one of the worst dry cleaners I have ever been to. I dropped off 4 dress shirts and had them dry cleaned and never saw them again. Quality Cleaners basically claimed that I never dropped off any dress shirts. I lost $ 400 in designer dress shirts and no one follows up with any of my phone calls and even when I got back the their location. I refuse to do any further business with Quality Plus Cleaners and will also blog and share this with everyone in social media since I’m not the only one that got taken advantage of! Businesses should be responsible for these items and replace them if they get lost for a partial cost. Save yourself time and money and go to someone else just don’t deal with Quality Plus Dealers since they do not take ownership of their mistakes and you could be out $ 400 just like me!

Lol… Quality they say. What a complete joke, waste of time, and waste of money. Take your clothes elsewhere, seriously. My girlfriend brought her pea coat with a waist band in for dry cleaning. She was told $ 16 and it would be done the following day. So today, she went to pick it up, came home, and found that the waist band was missing. Not even that, but there was still lint and hair on it, my girlfriend’s OWNHAIR was still on this shit AFTER it was cleaned apparently. So she called back to which Brittany, the same clerk who took her coat prior and also gave the coat back today, not only«didn’t remember» anything about this coat even though my girlfriend picked it up 5 minutes before calling, but also suggested that my girlfriend drive 30 minutes to the plant that actually does the cleaning. Sorry, what exactly is this bullshit? She drove to this place, not the damn plant 30 minutes away in Tampa. You’re the business. You lost the item. You figure out a way to get it back to the same store. My girlfriend then asks Brittany what kind of business this was, where they don’t just lose people’s garments but also don’t have any type of guarantee for their service. Brittany, literally can’t make this up, replies with, «I honestly don’t know». Lol, I would hope that’s some kind of joke. At this point my girlfriend is fuming and is about to drive back to this place. Brittany says if needed, she would give the owner’s number to my girlfriend and she could speak to him/her directly. My girlfriend says okay that works ANDBRITTANYHANGSUPLOLOLOLOL. She hung up… instead of giving the owner’s phone number, she decides to just hang up the phone. What the hell… I’m laughing at this point because I’m not sure whether to feel bad for this business or be angry that this place even exists… So of course, girlfriend is angry like a bull, and is starting to drive back to this place(while cursing on Facetime and screaming so loudly I could barely understand her). All I could think was, damn Brittany is in some deep shit right now… But luckily, a minute later, Brittany calls back and says that the plant found the waist band and they are sending it back. Anyway, long story short, this place is a joke. Don’t bother, find somewhere else, like a mom and pop shop or something that will actually back their work and actually clean your stuff. I would hate for anyone else to go through this and waste time and money… I will update tomorrow when my girlfriend goes to pick up the belt. UPDATE2÷11÷2016 So the girlfriend just went to go pick up the belt. Brittany called her first to let her know it was there and apologized for the trouble. Then the owner called my girlfriend too… no apologies from him. He actually said that«Brittany, the clerk, made a mistake that was easily fixable.» Actually sir, Brittany did her job. Besides her attitude yesterday, she did do her job. Your cleaning plant in Tampa, however, didn’t since my girlfriend’s jacket wasn’t cleaned and they lost a piece of her garment as well. Also, you never apologized to my girlfriend for the inconvenience, you instead referred to this Unilocal review. Yeah, the owner actually made a comment about this review, twice, probably an attempt to get it taken down. When my girlfriend finally went back today to get the belt, Brittany told her that the owner added $ 10 credit to her account. Not sure if he thinks that my girlfriend will actually come back here to get her stuff cleaned because that sure as hell isn’t happening.
