I reserved the Hello Kitty Bounce house and the truck broke down in Eugene. They offered to cancel the party or upgrade. We obviously took the upgrade. The placement of the house/​slide/​pool was against a small tree and the pool for the water slide was on the concrete. It could have been moved back farther and all of this avoided. Kids were getting hurt landing on the concrete. Pick up time was 8pm. They did not show up. I called at 9pm. Again car trouble. Seems to be a thing for this company. Picked up about 11 on Monday am. I have used other companies for bounce house rentals and did not have any trouble. I will not use this company again or recommend them. Driver stated that would refund $ 4. Called and the manager would only do $ 20 and not provide any other compensation for all the trouble. Manager finally did offer 20% off next rental. There will not be another rental from this company.
