Art Van Pure Sleep – Troy South

Probably the smoothest easiest transaction I’ve ever had for a big purchase. Nice store, quiet, not intimidating. No sales pressure. I was prepared to buy a mattress that second when I went in, but America’s Most Honest Salesman, Paul, informed me the price was going to drop hard in a matter of days and I should wait. Who does that!!! A day later I was able to complete my purchase over the phone, and in under 14 hours my new mattress was at my house. I’m still shocked at how quick and painless the whole thing was. I hope I can send a million people to Paul, because he deserves it. Super happy. :)

Wonderful experience! I had never bought a mattress before, but decided to check out Art Van Pure Sleep since it’s right by my apartment. Upon walking in, Paul greeted us with a friendly «hello» and asked what we were looking for. He asked us if we had time to spare — and we did — so he had me do the mattress test. This. Was. So. Cool!!! You answer a few questions on the giant screen then lay on the mattress and it moves underneath you (like a massaging chair) and figures out all of your pressure points, which it shows on the screen above you. After the test is complete, it tells you what level of firmness and type of mattress you need. Paul then took us over to the mattresses that best suited my needs and had me test out each one. He was super nice and explained everything clearly and never pushed anything on us. We ended up walking out with a mattress, mattress cover, memory foam pillow, and a music pillow! We were very very happy with our experience at this Pure Sleep store, mainly due to Paul. He is GREAT at what he does, and we enjoyed conversing with him about things other than mattresses! If you visit this store, ask for Paul — you won’t be disappointed!

Great experience! My girlfriend and I were invited to try the sleep analyzer by Dar. Really cool process. He was very helpful in helping us select pillows that matches our sleep pattern. Paul did a great job explaining the bed choices. He was not pushy at all and helped us make a great choice in a new bed. We chose the iComfort bed which has been working out great for us.

Boy are we glad we stopped in Art Van Pure Sleep-​Troy South! My husband and I were in the market for a new mattress since our old one was causing both of us pain and restless nights. We walked in and were immediately greeted with a smile by Dar. We explained that we bought our last mattress at Art Van 6 years ago and it was causing such discomfort. Before we could say another word, he went straight to his computer and looked us up — told us our mattress was still under warranty and that he wanted to send someone out to inspect our bed; if it was found defective we could get money back off our new mattress! He then took us over to get our sleep habits measured, grabbed 2 «I love my pillows» and we were off to test beds. Dar was so knowledgeable about beds, the latest technology and sleeping habits. He was such a pleasure to work with — we never felt any pressure to buy anything. We quickly fell in love with a mattress (the same one which is amazing since the mattress store before my husband and I liked different ones). We also fell in love with the 2 pillows that were matched to our sleep habits.
Today was delivery day of our awesome new bed! I cannot say enough rave reviews about the 2 gentlemen that delivered our bed frame and mattress. It snowed yesterday (figures!) so we made sure our driveway was as clean as possible for the delivery. I look out the window as the van arrives and the guys are jumping over puddles and snow to try and avoid getting their feet wet. I was impressed to say the least. They were so respectful of our house — made sure to take their time and not scratch, hit, dent our walls, etc. It was an effortless delivery. They were helpful in taking away our old bed and setting everything up with our new bed. AMAZING service in store and with delivery! Well done Art Van! You can guarantee that we will be back for our next mattress!

My husband and I have been talking about getting a new mattress for a couple of months but were not looking forward to the process. We were near by the PureSleep Troy South store and decided to stop in really quick to get some ideas of prices. Paul greeted us with a friendly smile. We discussed what we were looking for in a mattress. I had a Kingsdown in the past and was interested in trying out their newer product. After a few short minutes laying on the Kingsdown bedmatch diagnostic system we were given a printout of our ideal mattress. Paul grabbed a couple «I love my pillow“s and led us to the Kingsdowns’. After less than an hour we were walking out with a couple of pillows and a great deal on an amazing mattress. Better yet, the delivery is going to take place the next day. If you are considering a new mattress i suggest you visit this store and ask for Paul.
