Rude cashier and management. Girlfriend ordered and then paid. Cashier goes and starts screwing around with one of the other girls that works there rather than Coke to take my order. I would highly not recommend this location. Manager didn’t give a crap that her employees don’t have customer service in mind. If Burger King actually ever reads these this happens at 6:18 pm on 12÷20÷15

I no longer eat a lot of «fast food» but had some coupons and looked for a convenient BK. The closest one to us is brand new ground-up re-constructed but has horrible service so it is to be avoided. Finding a more than 3-star BK is of course an impossible challenge. So I winged it with this BK. Wow — what a pleasant surprise. While the store is old, it was clean(importantly, especially as a gauge of a food establishment’s safety, so was the bathroom) and the employees were friendly. I came at lunch«rush hour» and found it nearly empty — although there was a line at the drive-thru. The service was fast and the burgers nicely loaded with fresh toppings(noticeably abundant veggies!). The room for improvement(and a pet peeve of mine)… the fries were warm but not fresh — a surprise given the noon visit time.

I previously gave this BK a 1 star, awful service and cold food. What a change! Friendly staff food is excellent and accurate, and great management. I go there frequently and if you hated it before, you have to try again. You can get a whopper at 8 am! I go in the morning so unsure of later staff

This is probably the worst burger king I ever been to, plenty of people are working here but everyone seems not to know what they are doing. Only me and other person in line ordered one big king chicken meal

Ridiculous! Honestly. I went to the drive thru this afternoon to get my boss a Medium Diet Coke. That was all. The lady rung it up on accident for 4 Diet Cokes Large! So I had to correct her. She never said anything about that she is going to correct it or anything. I had to repeat that it was for only one medium diet coke. NOANSWERSTILL. So I drove up to the first window because she didn’t tell me which window to go to and neither had a sign saying next window. So I waited for 10 seconds at the first window. Went to the second window and she was trying to give me 4 Diet Cokes Large Still!!! Are you kidding me? Is it really that hard to do your job at Burger King to just give me one darn Medium Diet Coke!!! So I was still trying to hold my cool and say I only needed one medium Diet Coke. Nothing but attitude. Said that wasn’t what I said. Had soda all over the outside of the cup and didn’t even say one word or look in my direction. This burger king is full of rude and inconsiderate employees. They don’t care about what they do so they don’t give two rats behinds about us!

Nice Burger King! I came in here just as a storm came through and sat inside and chowed down on some burgers and fries. Clean restaurant, clean bathrooms, fast and friendly service(even for a Burger King) and no surprises with my order. I’ll be back.

pros. It’s BK, not much to say about the food. Its consistent from BK to BK. cons. This BK is consistently the slowest fast food place I’ve ever been to. I go here because I do love the original chicken sandwiches and the zesty sauce for the onion rings. But man, they are always backed up. Last time I waited over 10 minutes to get my food AFTER I ordered. Oh and FYI make sure u ask for ketchup, napkins or zesty sauce if you want it if using the drive thru beuse it will NOT be in the bag otherwise.(doesn’t matter if it id breakfast or lunch/dinner times)
