Had I known the issues I would have in building my dream home with cannon I would have never done it. During the building process I was given time frames to let flooring contractor and granite contractor know when to be there to do their work. As they showed up to do work the house was not ready for them so they had to make special accommendations to come back and get work done. We were given Aug 19th date to closed but push back and back and it wasn’t due to weather. They came to me with a Aug 31 date which was not met either due to brick layers went MIA. What are kidding me!!! Finally closed September 11 with still work unfinished. The yard and grating is another issue I had and still fighting them about. Save you a lot of headaches and don’t use Cannon Builders as your next home builder.
