This is a wonderful coffee/sandwich shop and bakery. If you’re heading through Troy on Route 12, stop here and have lunch and bring home some baked goods. They’re made on the premises. The food is A+ and the place is clean and cheerful, and Eva, a Polish immigrant is a delight. Her employees are likable too. The dining room is quiet — conducive to conversation. A. David W. We stopped by Eva’s on our way out of town this morning. Our friend’s who live in Marlborough suggested Eva’s(also, I believe this might be the only pastry/breakfast place in town). Eva’s is right in the town square in an old yellow house. You are greeted by a fresh flower bed near the door. Inside there is a menagerie or pies, cakes, pastries, and artisan breads, all baked up fresh every morning. My husband and I both got breakfast sandwiches and they were killer! It was hard not to get a nice cherry pie or sweet croisant to bring back to Providence with us. When we are in Marlborough again we will definitely go to Eva’s!
