My roommates and I live close to here and we’ve gotten everything from pizza to subs. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. My reason for a three star rating is that the staff seemed a little unprepared. I admit they have recently opened so this issue should resolve itself. The only reason I say they seemed unprepared was because of the run around we got when ordering over the phone. They asked for our number two times and we had to repeat what we wanted four times on top of that. Maybe they were just really busy. Either way, if you need a sub or some pizza don’t hesitate to go here.

This restaurant had been open for about a month when I got a chance to try it out. It is in a location that has seen 3 restaurants open and fail in the last 3 years, all pizza places. I walked in on a Thursday morning at about 11:30. The dining area was mostly empty and there was no one in front of me at the counter to order. There looked to be two or three people in the kitchen area and three women were behind the counter about 3 feet from me. One of the women was assembling a pizza box, one women was on the phone discussing the cost and expected margin of some product, and the third woman was staring at the woman on the phone, occasionally whispering something to her. I stood there for about 2 minutes with no acknowledgement whatsoever from any of the three. After verify that I had not been rendered invisible by some passing cloud of radiation I waited for another 3 minutes. I was looking right at the three of them for the entire 5 minutes and not once did they acknowledge that someone was there trying to give them money. After the 5 minutes I turned and walked out the door. There was not even any reaction to that. One would think that even if they couldn’t care less about a customer, which obviously they can’t, that they would at least care when my money started walking out the door. If this is the level of customer service in the fist weeks of being open how bad will it get later? I know I won’t find out. I have walked in the door for the last time. I am disappointed that I cannot give this location a 0 rating.
