NEVER going there again — Horrible, hostile and a shady place!
Worst service ever. Their rules are ambiguous and end up charging you extra at the counter at the end of your service. Service is as terrible as the Hookah’s itself. Music is outdated and the place is empty at most times.
Landed into an argument with the head waitress, who ended up saying that you don’t have to come back here again, after giving me some other table’s check.
I was in a group of 8 and asked them to move a side couch towards our booth to fit all of us. The request was denied arrogantly owing to their fire escape policy. We had to sit in two different booths, which were poles apart only to find out some other group sitting there on the way out. And they talk about hospitality and customer experience
