Prompt courteous and professional. Answered every question. They not only took care of my squirrel issue (and in a humane way which meant something to me) but took every measure to ensure it wouldn’t happen again and guaranteed their work. They did a job that Orkin basically refused to do.

Look no further, SERIOUSLY. We have some mice in the house we just bought, and it has been giving us major anxiety. When I was looking into services, I saw that some pest companies offer a «free inspection». But I also saw these guys, Neil and Matt, who have a phone number you can call 24 hours a day and talk to one of them, but they charge a nominal fee for an inspection. I was momentarily torn, so I called and got Neil at 9pm one night and he talked to me for 20 minutes! So I decided to go for it. He came to my house the very next day. I soon realized that the «free inspection» other companies offer is just a sales pitch. Neil encouraged me to try and fix the problem myself. He conducted a very thorough inspection, identified where the mice were getting in, and helped us fix it ourselves. Since then he has checked in with us several times via email and phone, and given us expert consultation each time. They know their stuff! The price we paid for an inspection is an incredible deal for the service you get. I’m serious when I say to hire these guys if you have mice. Don’t bother with the bigger, more formal pest companies.

Squirrels in the ceiling, called requested the emergency treatment. Team showed up quickly and spent quite a lot of time assessing the situation, where they were entering etc. We opted for a one way tunnel, animal can get out but not back in. Mom was not happy and ripped the thing apart. The team was back first thing in the morning to take care of business. No squirrels yay!
The team is very knowledgeable, courteous and certainly responded immediately to the situation. Highly recommend this outfit.

Hudson Valley Wildlife Solutions are true to their word. They took care of the squirrels in our attic quickly without harming them — trapping them and then driving them far away. When I heard another squirrel in our attic about 2 months later they came right over and removed it too. Since then, no squirrel noises. I could not be happier with their services. Thank you!

I found a bat in my bed room at 2 AM. My husband was out of town and I was hysterical. I trapped the bat in the bed room. The next morning I called HVWS and spoke to Matt. All I wanted was to have someone come and get the bat and have it tested for rabies. Matt was incredibly nice and very knowledgable. He arrived right on time and immediately found the bat and took it away. Such a life saver. I hope I never have another bat in the house again, but if I do, I will call HVWS. Great job!

I was writing a paper at 3am, and I noticed something flying acrossed my head. At first, I thought it was a bird, but it turned out to be a BAT! It freaked me out!
I found these guys on google when I searched for bat removal. I thought I would go to voice mail. To my surprise, the technician answered the phone at 3am! They came over within an hour and helped me get rid of the bat. And we scheduled an inspection the next day to bat proof my house.
I am impressed at their extremely fast response. They are efficient and professional. Nice guys. I recommend them.
